Hi, unfortunately once you stay in a HDB or condo unit, that's nothing much one could do to improve the FS. You cant change the location of you main door. The main door is the key to better FS. All those little things that you do such as reflective film is not going to give you any incremental effect on your wealth, if this is what you are seeking. A responsible FSM should at least explain to you the rationale for doing so and not just tell you to follow instructions. What is the purpose of putting something to reflect everything else in the bedroom ? To create some kind of illusion? A lot will depend on your bazi chart- there's nothing hidden about this. If your chart is good and luck pillars are favourable, you would be working hard and enjoying the rewards of your hard work. Hi, If you are referring to an apartment unit, whether HDB or condo, it should be the year the energy of the building was activated. Meaning to say, once 1 family move in, the entire building would be activated. This should be a Period 7 house ( 2004-2023 ). Suffice to say, you should be using a Period 7 chart.

Unfortunately, the FS of your house is more or less fixed if you are staying in a HDB or condo unit. If you buy a piece of land, you still can build a house and move the main door to tap the positive Chi from the surrounding environment.
