Hi all, Can anyone shared ur experience & house done by ID Nicholas? Me & my hubby met him last two weeks & still in the consideration...We feel he is quite sincere, details & not that pushy type...pricing wise slightly higher than other ids but we dun mind to pay more for better service. We hope we can hear more comments about ID Nicholas or Summit Design before we collected our key & make our final decision. Thanks.
