I oso picked the wrong color windows...thot its non-tinted, turns out my contract says tinted... in the end, we chamsiong to change the windows, at most pay transport fee for additional trip.... what item is wrong color? isit ur solid top? If so, isit for kitchen or toilet? but sure can work out an arrangement la...dun worry too much..must insist u were right n he write wrongly...

Sme quick updates for tonite...brought sme stuff dwn newhse n found the window sub-con there, managed to complain abt the window locks! And hah! The window sub-con ownself broke his lock tdy himself!! For the 3rd time!! At least he noes where;s the problem now and at least my windows r all properly changed to the no-tint type, A picture of my scvs balcony/kitchen window + grill Also installed my common toilet Bifold door A picture of it w/o lights on...supposed to be white color le...but end up abit purplish..dunno why oso... Then a picture of it with toilet lights on My 2 spare dining chairs... Some cracked tile pictures in my common toilet to show bruder Mace Picture (1) where my WC shd be..... Picture (2) Underneath the common toilet sink, pipes not installed yet Dats all folks!

Xlan...must try to do a major cleanup in btw b4 handover. Becuz only when u cleanup hor, then u can see all the defects 1 by 1 they will appear ...things like skirting uneven, scratches on tiles or laminates will show up. My hse now finish chemical wash but hafnt do the touch-up round. Told my contractor abt the defects straight after our cleanup, so dat during final touch up round, we can b there to highlight all the defects 1 by 1 to the workers.... Wah oornik..ur renos moving veli fast!

Now go to my newhse canot do big business, can oni do small business lor... I think I noe what u mean liao, my common toilet oso...basin, den WC, den showerhead but on oppo side.....But u got old folks at hme, mabbe dont put better, if slip dwn, can easily kena bruise... My common toilet oso no shower screen no showerkerb...easier to move ard I feel...

My hubby was saying smethg abt the cement that they use for the tiling.... When my plumber was drilling, he told my contractor dat he canot do it, sure crack the tiles wan... My contractor oso scream at him...(what do u mean u cant drill?? As per usual lah...) den he reali crack all my tiles...sigh.... Thank god dat downstrs neighbor neber complain so far, I take it dat no leaking so far cuz dwnstrs got ppl staying wan.... Thanks mace!

Yah lor!!...I find dat so far, my contractor own ppl do work is ok, but when it comes to his sub-con such as windows contractor...cmi...sigh...still waiting for them to change my windows le... Could it be becuz of the lousy tiling done by HDB contractors? Hubby suspect the tiling wasnt done properly neh....

Hehhee....sharp apple-eyes, yup its not up yet. The plumber hor tried to drill hole but kept breaking my tiles so we had to get excess tiles frm HDB contractor who did the toilets n den my contractor is gonna drill himself.... so now its partially up, even my WC is installed but not connected to pipes yet....sigh... Oni the MBR toilet is gonna look concealed becuz the pipies are directly frm the common toilet behind (back to back)...

Not much happening in my hse now dat its under lock n key..... Anyways, itchy backside me gonna post my shower screen picture here...the oni thing dat happened over the weekend... !! Shower screen for MBR (width abt 0.7m as whole length of showerkern is abt 1.5m)...a tad too short though, I went in liao hor, think it wont realli hold much water frm splashg out...hope I dun haf to install shower curtain eventually.... Wah...Nov den get keys, now u buy furniture liao ah?....can hold so long ah???

Harlow xlan, thanks thanks!...actually Space hafing a sales now for sme kartell items to clear space frm their warehse, I just went back yest to buy my studyrm light n 2 mre spare dining chairs...will take a picture after collection tomrw So far, I haf bght my dining light + studyrm light + 6 dining chairs + 2 stools frm them, altogether abt 2k+..hubby starting to count how much I spend there liao... Ur place oso gog well nw ah u stay on 24th floor rite? Must b veli shiok...so high...
