Hihi....Just wondering if u have any pictures of the Ash-grey walls? I think I chose Ashgrey-nippon for my living area but I cant visualize it...we r kinda worried...... If u have a picture, wld u be so kind n post it up? My painting hasnt started yet, gonna start in next 2 days... Thanks a zillion!

I like white-matt oso but my kitchen feel is more cold-white n metallic so Im thinking of choosing this material named "TechnoSteel". Basically it looks like streaky metalic (dunno hw to describe)..... Off-white kitchen is very nice, warm feel but too bad, I cant do that due to the restriction of my walls.... !!

Hihi Apple...u oso choosing laminates for ur kitchen nw? Im all for white-gloss laminate!!! Im actually a supporter of all-white kitchen...but met serious objection frm my MIL la..... They say will turn yellow in a few yrs n dat solid-top n kitchen laminate shd b different color for contrast.... So now I still hafnt decide yet, but most prob will choose a cold-white for my kitchen to match my greyish-white tiles.... U got a pic of ur blue-pearl top?

Rectifications for us took a few wks bah....cuz we had 1 set of hdb-con doing kitchen, they say they got no license to do toilet waterproofing....so bopian after they finish, we had to wait for 2nd set of hdb-con to do toilet... In btw, we lazy la, cuz we thot no hurry....our procedure went smethg like this: 1) buy hse 2) buy hse liao realise muz get married 3) den go rom n book ad date 4) den realise got to reno hse amidst all e planning......hahahaha in btw got cny, rom planning....oni after rom in mar dis yr, den we settle dwn to start reno.... I think alota forummers do it dis way too here..... Mace, u got do fengshui got ppl hse or nt?

Heehhe, if u doing reno, shd b u go buy cake gip them mah... Just a peace offering...the HDB contractors do rectificatns dat time veli long liao... I thk my neighbors were wondering how come this couple buy e hse so long liao, still nbr move in... its gonna b a yr since I bookd the flat....all those $80.50 I paid to gahmen....heartpain...

Yup yup.....put a cloth below ur maindoor, both my neighbors do dat..... when we officially startd out reno, we oso bght a cake "offering" to them to tell them we startg work lah.... Oh yah...my first wrong delivery has officially started....today! After reading in all blogs abt botched up deliveries, I kinda dread mine when it comes.... *drums roll* It is SSC! .....supposed to deliver our toilet bowls tdy, poor BrownMse went dwn to wait...afterwhich they calld n say they brought the delivery orderchit out but forgot to bring the toilet bowl out of the warehouse, hahahhaha...I thot it was abit farnie, WC so big, how can forgot? !! .......meanwhile, BrownMse ar-boil....

mabbe its becuz ur neighbours are renovating oso?....the air will b dusty wan bah.... I pity my neighbor, we got a nice old lady neighbor always washing the corridor cuz my reno has been making it super dusty....and she doesnt mind n understands...phew!

Oh yah huh! Cleaning....ohmigosh! I jus realised we planned the schedule for all our furniture delivery w/o taking into account cleaning..... alamak.....thank u! Jiarat, blur me.....forgot abt dat.....

Hehehe...when u fully shift in liao, muz jio us siah! I rem ur Hood **** powderful, sure can cook many many things...slurp! We planning to move in by 7th mth wan, all electricals buy liao....dun wan my TV to go to waste le... but looks like cannot make it, even if can make it hor, oso canot find an auspicious date before 7th mth.... I guestimate my reno works will oni finish by 1st-2nd wk aug...

Hi All.....doing a quick update b4 my blog gets kicked out of the forum hehehe...... We r 99% completed for tiling, oso 99% completed for false ceiling n wiring (electrical + lighting)... Next step wld be floor laminates n then painting.... Picture of my "long-kang" in my living rm, it contains a holder for flourescent tube lights on 1 side oni, hoping it will b bright enuff for a "long-kang" effect... Picture of dining area false ceiling, we just did it flushed with the living area, gonna put sme downlights n a dining hanging light Picture of my ugly water pipe boxed up!! **clap clap** Now wont see dis ugly pipe liao....dun understand why HDB put a pipe there....omg... Contractor did it such dat there's still a small gap for my day-curtain to go in all e way.... I requestd all plummet allowance to cater for double track curtains, so they put 8inch gap for plummet... My MBR toilet pipes boxed up...the small square is a small piece of access panel, can b easily pushed up n taken out in case any pipes leak... MBR doorway opening into WIW.....ran 8inch plummet here too... But Doorway can see ugly aircon pipes in WIW rm...in the end, we lowered the door opening....

Harlow Ranval....me just passing by, catching up on e blogs n saw ur post.... Slipped disc is dangerous siah...better see a doc... I used to work in e squirrel bank n see many many bank tellers (the aunties) gog for slippd disc operation becuz they carry the cash-till everyday when bank open n close (frm young since many of them work there since young). So I imagine if u carry luggage up n down often, its almost same (occupational hazard oso)... When young, we dont see the prob, but old dat time den jialat, esp woman osteporosis earlier than men.... better fix the prob early...take care!!

Like wat I always tell my frens n relatives.....dats a difficult question.... becuz oso scared they kena burnt smetimes....

Im nt a banker anymre la...im in broking... when u see me typing away here, means the mkt is quiet or dwn..... yah huh, nw the corp colors is black red liao, revamp.... hmm....when did u join them? sikali, we noe each other wan... ph yah...did u threaten the boss in ur email with CASE? smetimes they scared of CASE..... actualli i suspect is they dun haf the manpower to cope dats y keep gettg it wrong... Hehehe...it's eric's blog....his house the woodlands wan...I just saw his blog...nice color! Last time, I saw my regular doctor, he oso recommend surgery, I hear oredi run immediately. But another doctor recommend nasal spray....I felt both was out to earn my $ lah..they reali make it sound like it's the best thing on earth!! Initially, I din wan e nasal spray cuz I was scared I will b reliant on it in future...which is true...im abit reliant on it nw. If few days neber use (n i sleep in aircon rm), den i get sniffy easily. Mabbe u wan to get another opinion?.....surgery sounds so serious leh....
