Harrows! Good morning! Today my forest bright bright cuz the window view outside my office shows alota sunlight! Wah, brudder Mace forest everyday change wan.....today ur pigs got number or not? hehehe.... I askd a colleague n my hubby the same question yestday n surprisingly, both gave the same answer. They say they see in front of them a path, den end of path got light. Then got tress on both side of the path, bright forest, not dark....... I guess it means they got target in life?

Hi Max, Dont think boiled egg is bad actually but u prolly got to do alota mre research? Egg whites gives protein but egg yolks r high cholesterol. I do feed my dog Yuki beef with egg smetimes. But as dogs r carnivores by nature, the ratio shd be ard 60-70% meats. For dogs with skin problems, they take fish diet actually so fish is ok oso, but not skin bah. I feed my Yuki wif salmon smetimes (grilled, not microwaved as I believe microwave kills alota nutrients in highspeed heat). In fact, the fish oil that petshop sells r salmon oil also (contains omega3/6). As Bunbun said, chkn bones r no-no as they may splitter up and cause injury inside the dogs foodpipe. And no-no for seasoning as well. If ur dog doesnt want to take the kibbles, u can try to soak in water for a while first or in dog's milk (sold @ petshops). There's also raw dehydrated dog food (powder form) where u can make a meal by mixing with water (highly nutritious oso). Some dogsforum might provide u with mre info, Im still reading up oso as my dog is still a pup Cheers! PS: Thanks to babytan, sorry to interrupt on ur thread. Ur house is LOVELY!!!! Apple-jie, dont worry too much.....just as long as u continue barking at her everyday to eat, shd be alrite Btw, is ur mom on blood thinning medication? Or does she haf high cholesterol? If so, best to haf thorough regular checkups....my FIL was on blood thinning medication n didnt discover he needed a heart bypass until he went for random heartcheck cuz he felt tired very often. Cuz the blood thinner, so even if the artery is smaller/choked, they might not feel the effects until too late....am not sue if it has anything to do with DM II or nt but my FIL was on all sorts of med la... Jiayou!!

Harlow apple-jie, Its really the rice bah...really cannot eat much rice, less than a fistfull... My FIL is a Type II disbetics oso (+ triple heartbypass patient), jus need to control diet but dont need daily jabs wan. The prick-ur-finger thing is to test the blood sugar levels rite? He does it daily nw so as to know the blood sugar count, very helpful to see if he's been over-eating what he shdnt as he's a foodie. No mre durian, cakes, rice, starch stuff etc. Eat mre fruits & oats I guess, we have a whole list of what he shd eat n cannot eat plastered on the fridge door, it helps *winks* My FIL likes to eat Japanese food so it helps as he can eat Sashimi for dinner. If ur mom likes Chinese food, consider steamboat? Just need to find mre alternative type of cooking to lure her to eat health-foods, ganbatte!!!

Harlow... Sorri hafnt had the time to post the pics...brght Yuki out after the baking session yestday oso... We had great fun baking, basically 3 gals + 4 dogs! Hihi Val, To my understanding, its for dogs who do shed. I think there are some breeds who do not shed or if they're not shedding then better dont use on them? But corgis shd be able to use most of the time la.... Yuki is a corgi, so will drop fur la...then hor now seems to be shedding (think she will come on heat in 1-2mths bah), so the fur loss quite jiarat, its very useful!! Its like a furbrush with much better grip cuz the teeth fine (better technology I guess) so u come, they will come out..... No worries, u come my hse n see. If u think Donut not suitable to use furminator, I can sell to smeone else BunBun: Just wanna update u & LLhome dat Yuki is having a minor cold/flu. Just saw a vet lastnite cuz she has this choking sound (like got mucus in throat) den sneezing, so we brght her to check it out. Vet says its quite minor but she cld have picked it up frm other pups or wat, so she's on a 10day antibiotics course. She still eat/drink/jump/run as per normal la.... But I shd let u know in case u worried abt Summer picking it up den mabbe u wanna keep Summer @ home? As for Yuki's ringworm (which I promised to update u all too b4 the gathering), its getting better. Her initial hideous wound has mre or less flattened & not reddish liao. So I guess no worries there, & she does go to doggy obedience lessson (at approval of trainer too). Also wanna let LLhome know as I dont thk she reads the thread nw.... So far, I have tried 2 batch of production so I got the icing swirls right liao (No worries there Bunbun ). The other icing is more liquid where u can draw patterns (like the capuccino designs). But that type when u gals r carrying back hor, haf to be careful lor... Time--11am start? End abt 3-4pm? I might be bringing Yuki to her doggy class to haf a look or to West Coast dogrun....anybody wanna join? Doggie-biscuit---paiseh! Neber research yet...oopsy. So far oni got 1 recipe yet & I neber try b4. Am abit apprehensive as sme dogs r allergic to wheat so I dunno if shd make the cookies or nt le...Yuki tried sme frm US bakery before but not exactly her fav food. Hi Xlan, no prob...hope all useful for ur furkids. The furminator is not on the holistic webpage, but u can google it. It is called "Furminator" hee den can brush alota loose fur off! Yuki fur flying all over the hse nw.... Swollen mabbe she scratch lick den scratch...? Dats what happen to Yuki's nasty spot oso, didnt look flat like normal ringworm. It was basically a hotspot/allergy dat went out of control. I oso thot insect bite! (same like u 1st reaction nw), den keep wondering isit kena bitten by kaka?....Oni after vet visit den realise...mabbe u wanna do a thorough check for her 1st...Due to her allergy reactions (to dunno what I still dunno), she's on a medicated shampoo so it helps, not so itchy she dont scratch so much....watch baby n see if she got scratch may help....

If so, let me know, I shd be gog dis evening to check if the shop carries.... Just wanna shr sme info on the Fleas/ticks solution, my gf recommended me this website as they got mre holistic pdts. She's got a showdog puppy n did mre research on pdts n got advice frm breeders as well. They say the Frontline/Accurate is quite "siong" n not so holistic approach (akin to putting insecticide into the spine). So normally they dont use those monthly treatment solutions, but rather they go on garlic pills (& the showdogs go on grass often). This website has flea/tick solution that's made of essential oils.
