Harlow apple-jie, I will feed her sme caffeine b4 u come to our Openhse, den u will see her baseball act. She plays touchdwn on at least 3 base (imagine a running dog running in a triangle). I noticed dat Yuki has these spurts of energy wer she will go dingdong n play touchdwn by herself. Den smetimes, she will accidentally Lang-ga into the table leg wor.... On video, it might just show a furball sprinting oni.....

Bedsheets can chuck on the top part of ur MBR wardrobe bah.....plus dont need to buy too many bedsheets la....changing king/queen-size bed very siong leh...I always have to PUSH BrownMse to change the bedsheets...2-3sets enuff liao wor.... *nodnod* 6-8 feet actually not enuff...agree

Bunbun, ur rite....spot on! YUKI is like the kid nw..... Now Yuki will dare to climb onto him when he's happily nesting in his beanbag. But Yuki wont dare to do it to me. She likes to test her boundaries too. Like she noes she's not supposed to bite the carpet & if she steps on it, I will normally push her away frm carpet. So when she's in a "testing" mood, she wil dash to touchdwn on 1 corner of carpet & then quickly run far away. When I want to catch her for smack-smack , she will oso run away. Not so stupid after all....

R both ur corridor lights bright enuff? According to my neighbor who stay here for 6-7yrs ored, last time the corridor lights nt bright enuf den she keep on complaining to HDB. Finally they changed as ppl take up the units...thk it helps too. So if u find there's not enuf lights, can complain to HDB oso to change bah..... Bunbun, better get ur hubby to wait dwnstr for u at nite bah...safer wor. LLhome at least got her GR to protect her wor, I thk attackers will thk twice when they see her girl...

No prob...jus to share & hope we can find a reason la.... The guy who redo the grouting like 3 times for me, say my tiles too dry to "eat" ....dunno isit our area since our flats all built same time type....Or cld be just that batch of tiles no good?..... Actually, dun reali care abt the grouting after move in liao...I got sme fine crack line on paint oso, thk too dry reali, haha....mabbe its the Jurong environment? Anyways, b4 reno, all defect will look very big & uncomfortable but after u move in & stay ored, sme of them wont be so obvious wan. Its mre a mentality thing cuz we always expect our newly renovated hse to be 100% perfect since we pay so much for it.... Good luck to ur renos!

Harlow rav3n & haroldism.... I oso haf a problem w my grouting, in fact, my contractor redo my grouting for me 3times so Im pretty sure its nt workmanship prob on my end....until Im so familiar w the process liao cuz I sat there to watch the contractor redo. To this day, Im not sure why the tiles wont "eat" the powder oso.... (mabbe tile quality?) Wat they did was use the "white" powder thing n dust all over the grouts, dun thk we r supposed to touch them/wash them for a day. I suggest u dun vacuum so fast, let it settle first. Now after like 6mths of moving in & massive mopping, some of the grouts still came off le....the same spots that wont "eat"... My tiling is by my own contractor as its a standard unit, but my tiles just wont "eat". They say its very "dry".... Thk there's a wet version of dis grouting for DIY purpose, bght it but hafnt had time to try on my tiles at all....not reali possible nw oso due to my puppy... Just to share, hope u can find a reason for dis grouting thgy too...Im still very curious

Den when she's v confused, she will tilt her head as if asking :"Why?" I manage to put up my doorguard liao (netting) so she cant escape nw. So how many doggy u haf & wat breed is ur doggy? Hihi Phoenix, thanksya! Actually we dont leave the bedding or bowl inside. Feeding time abt 10mins den take out liao. Bedding oso dont need cuz too hot I thk. And she pees on it everytime, argh.... Now she develop new bad habit. She comes out to play, den step 2 front paws insde, smells her peepan & pee liao. So her pee end up outsde the cage.... !! Keep smacking her but no use, thk she too Hong-Sim (playful).... Hee, she noes who is Alpha nw but hor, she dun listen to Beta anymre Beta veri sad dat she doesnt come when he calls her nw.... So if ur 2 bathroom add up abt 5K, den kitchen 10K+...means ur other 50% is balance of the hse + the other carpentry wor....Dat part sounds ex.... U doing MBR wardrobe & studyrm cabinet isit? If so, u got ur quote & length? U might want to sound out the contractors if they haf their own factory/carpentor when u tok to them.... If the carpentor is their own, it will be cheaper than if they sub-out wan....

Den better dont go home alone at night, get ur hubby to walk u better....thk ur blk shd b fully occupied very soon, it took abt a yr for our blk oso as not everyone moves in straightaway, some take their time to slowly reno, etc. Meanwhile, jus haf to exercise precaution...

Harlow Phoenix, Yupyup, still doing training le...*nodnod* She keep stepping over her poo, esp we dont get hme in time to clean for her oso. Had to bath her yest cuz **** got into her white fur, haiz.... She seem to be aiming to do her business on the peepan (which is half of the cage size). But sometimes miss lor, den she oso anyhow step. In the 1st place, the peepan so big is becuz the petshop recommend, they say if big den wont gif puppy too much choice on where to poo/pee. Seems like Yuki still dont care le... Den worse is, I dunno how she does it, she pees "under" the pee pan We thk she poo 1st on the pan, finds it too dirty, den push aside & pee on the cage, den push the peepan back to cover her crime !! Thanks BunBun, will note that....yuki is like 1 little kid nw, agree totally.... Been trying to teach her this: Mama=ALPHA, Papa=BETA, YUKI=LAST

Wah 100 hamsters is alot I been thrgh the hamster stage too but we didnt have dat many & constantly gave them away....kept syrians oni, love them nuts. Till nw, when I pass by petshops, I wld still look for the syrians & "bio" got cute ones or nt.... My mom oso dun dare to catch my "escaped" hamsters, sama sama !! But she spoiled my labbit (which technically is her pet nw)...guess old folks r normally like dat lah... But dogs canot anyhow feed human food rite? They will grow accustomed I thot?...thk I shall stick to her dry food.... I imagine if feed yuki coffee, den sure turn frm a blur of furball into bullet-speed-train liao...cuz too much caffeine, too high
