i got cheated too! Now my $1000 is MIA. Call no answer. Email no reply. The first time i post in here, Sebastian quickly reply to me. I gave a chance an remove the posting. Promised to return my money on 26th April. Today already 30th April. , email him reminder , but now still no reply. I am checking on the advise steps to complain on Sebastian & his company. Ellllo All... I am back with updates. This waiting game is so Horrible. Tell me about it! Finally Today, all the Hacking & Sealing Up & Construct new Wall is APPROVED! Hip Hip HoooRaayyyy! I will be seeing my contractor this week to discuss on the Kitchen Plans, Wiring & Electrical Plans, A/C Plans, Wardrobe Plans Wahhh so many things to do! Bye .. Update you Soon...stay tune!

Week 4 (26/02/2012) It has been a full month now..& here are the updates on reno; Aircon Contractor came for accessing the house and we plan for gas & piping plan. But at this moment, we cannot do anything yet. So they came to dismantle all the existing Aircon. Nothing much to be done as still waiting for the HDB approval. And Lastly We head to JB and found a Lights for the Master bedroom. Bought it at SGD580 @ Fancy Lighting just opposite Jusco Terbau So i think it such a steal as i go everywhere in Singapore, price range for such lights starts from $980 Bling Bling...Nice right....Me likey~~

Week 3 (19/03/2012) & Week 4 (26/03/2012) Now , we have come to the end of a full month. HDB called and say that they wil cancell my reno application. This time the HDB officer wants my contractor to submit the Hacking of Wall one by one... This will takes at least 2-3 weeks delay. So you can see the walls that is still standing after so long, cannot be hack yet.. Everything stuck.. boh pian...lah

Week 2 (12/03/2012) To do List this week, - To meet A/C contractor - To Confirm Washer & Dryer Measurement Reno Updates, Here some photos to share. As nothing much i can comment cause everything is still in process. I am hoping the Kitchen toilet at the combine toilet can be seal up with Hollow block. Still waiting for HDB approval ...Right now nothing can be done . For now I can enter the combine toilets from both sides, from the kitchen & Masterbedroom Enterance I did mentioned earlier about selecting tiles at the warehouse is a pain, So i just select the ones at Showroom. Just follow the same...You can't be possibly go wrong. So this is it.... Also this week they have dismantle and replace the steel door frame to Wooden Frame for the whole house.

Here are the rest of RENO Updates of Week 1 ; - Dismantle & replace new Pipes for whole house. Look very clean & sleek looking.ya. - Dismantle Windows & replace with white powder coated rails I was there to see the progress and coincident i spotted the windows panes in Blue. I have ordered for Green tinted ones . Unfortunately caused of this error by my contractor, My house turn out to be Windowpanes less till next week. They need at least 1 week to make and deliver the correct ones. But i make sure that i am not held responsible if anything goes missing. Is the contractor fault. At night when we went to do the routine night inspection on the progress of reno. Hubby is unlocking the padlock that was lock by the contractor. I say to him ...No point they lock the door. Week 1 (5/3/2012) To do List -Select Color Scheme -Select Kitchen, Living Room , Bathroom Floor & Wall tiles -Buy WC for 3 bathroom -Buy Lighting for whole house Finally, hacking start! Currently only the walls to combine the Mastertoilet & common toilet is approved. All other hacking of walls need to wait for HDB approval. Within the week too, my Contrator managed to hand me Photos of 3D image of Dining & Masterbedroom. He have showed me the Dulux Paint catalog, Ask me the color scheme, that he mentioned that his ID will come out with something. Is pretty close to what i want, but I thought it should be like siting with ID, and try all possible colors to create the ideal color scheme for wall and floor tiles color.

Hi Mingzhung, For 6K hmmm..the cost of the new Pool Table. I will not buy. We did paid for a custom table top that cost us $280 the last time . For $280 just Custom Top comparing to $6K is such a big difference.. Maybe i get what you mean...arrange the carpenter to change the total outlook to fit our new house color scheme or Theme. Like the reality TV always show that they improve the old to look new.. this will sound like .... " PIMP MY POOL TABLE" Wonderful Idea!
