  3. COMMON BATHROOM WASH BASIN WATER TRAP Nice and Straight. VRH 304 grade stainless steel water trap. I have enough of stain and color deterioration. MASTER BATHROOM WASH BASIN WATER TRAP On the right you can see my VRH 304 grade stainless steel toilet spray
  4. COMMON BATHROOM WALL MOUNT FAUCET My wall-mount faucet was kept TIGHT to the wall. It did not review too much of the screw thread.
  5. PAINTING Step 1: Oil based sealer Step 2: Sand down affected areas Step 3: Base coat tomorrow Step 4: ??? (I will only find out tomorrow.) Step 5: ??? I never knew oil based sealer is required. All along I though we can paint directly on a plastered wall. Is such a huge difference now. Edges of tiling areas sealed. Must protect all my chrome, stainless steel, copper...
  6. No idea. I would suggest you calling Muji so you don't have to waste a trip.
  7. Thanks Song... I can't wait for this Sat.
  8. I like to share with all the Reno talkers the stuffs Ihave collected over the years. Muji Cuckoo Clock For those who love scandinavian decor. I brought the white one during 2012 X'mas. When Muji came out with the green one last year. I brought the green one too.
  9. COMMON BATHROOM Nice. No more pipes. Made in China tiles but an European finish. (Will give my verdict when I go over this Sat. Has been 5 days I last saw my flat.) AFTER (95% complete.)
  10. I am referring to Boonthavorn Co., Ltd. They have a web site so you can go and check it out. By the way they also sell GROHE (assembled in Thailand).
  11. The curtain pelmet with all edges finished with aluminium fittings for the perfect finishing. I doubt contractor will do such detailing these days.
  12. Thanks Songz and razzberrie. By this weekend, you will know which color I select.
  13. COMMON BATHROOM I have standby my SLR for this weekend photo shot. AFTER (Not complete.)
  14. MASTER BATHROOM Accordingly to the schedule. We should be installing all the faucets this Saturday. AFTER BEFORE PROCESS
  15. I was in BKK shopping! (Actually I was there for 2 day business trip. Skipped lunch and rushed to the biggest DIY Shop BKK) This place is reno heaven. You can find everything under one roof. CHEAPER THAN SINGAPORE. My 304 stainless steel purchase. 1x VRH Faucet for my washer 2x VRH Robe hook 2x VRH Basin water trap 4x VRH Toilet spray (2x as spares) Total: SGD150 Not forgetting my Zebra head water container
  16. Should we leave or remove all the exposure PTFE tape?
  17. This is a picture how we reduce the number of visible piping in the bathrooms. Run all pipes in the common bath room. Punch 2 pipes (1 Hot & 1 Cold) through the common wall into the master bath room. Conceal all the pipes behind a calcium silicate wall. (Instead of 2x conceal for both common and master.) A similar idea to soloqueen’s http://www.renotalk.com/forum/topic/63885-transformation-in-telok-blangah-drive/page-2
  18. Now you see it. Soon you don't. (Using calcium silicate board due to possible moisture)
  19. Should be included. However I paid for my own upgrade.
  20. Thank you. For extra protection I will add a glass door rubber seal strip.
