  1. Hi there Thanks for the reply. It's a resale HDB EA and I'm currently doing the renovation now. Piping and wiring wise no problem, so renovation contractor told me it's a matter of choice to go with one or two water heater. One bath tub supplier told me having one or two heaters will not affect the water pressure at all, or the water pressure loss of having only one storage heater is so small that you won't feel the difference. Another supplier told me to get two heater (2x heater = 2x installation costs + 2x wiring cost for bath tub switch + slightly more costs in terms of piping) So.. hehe.. I still blur.. 1) one or two bath tub? 2) How big capacity should I get to service two bathrooms (one with bath tub)... Any light to be shed on this would be deeply appreciated! Thank you! =)
  2. Hello all! I'm at a loss right now, and hope all out there can share your experience please. I have two toilets, and in one of them I'm installing a 1.8m bath. I also run hot water piping to all the sinks, bathrooms' and kitchen's. Question 1: How much storage should I get? I'm currently looking at a 68L Joven heater. Is that enough? Should I get a 91L instead or would that be an overkill? Question 2: Should I install 1 or 2 storage heater? Will I suffer from a substantially lowered pressure if both bathrooms shower at the same time? If I get 2 (1 to master bathroom, 1 to common bathroom and kitchen), what kind of capacity combo should I be looking at? Thank you!

  4. Hi all I am considering going with Urban Design for my reno.. Seems like archenemry and luckycon found good support from Bert and Susan. Can you ping me their contact please? And if you can kindly forward me some of your photos for reference, that would be much appreciated!! Thank you.. Or if anybody have any advice on Urban Design or any other firms, I'd appreciate any advice that you can share with me as well.. Finding reno contractors and deciding the design of your home can be quite stressful!!
