    Hi All, Need help. I have selected 2 contractors for the renovation of my home, one of them is not in the HDB list of the approve contractors. I need advise on what is the difference between a non-approve HDB contractor and HDB approve contractor? As from what i know the non-approve HDB contractor can also apply permit from HDB. What is the consequence of getting the contractor which is nonHDB approve. Thanks
