i already took back my deposite they are no longer my ID. Simply cannot tahan my ID who just hack care everything.

Our hm also minimal reno but is a bad experience I regretted engaging them... 

Yes I agree poor coordination and simply don't bother whether you are the customer or not... Liked what I posted previously if you really have the time to waste then go ahead.

Lodged a police report. Then go CASE lodged another complain with them and then small claim. If not go straight to them and asked for full refund and tell them about CASE

You can consider their service if you have alot of time to waste and if you can stand them for not updating you on the schedule of when they will carry out eg. Painting works and eventually saying that they have spoke to you and you agree to the dates
