Seems like all my shopping list almost completed. Updated as fllw : 1. Lorenzo Sofa 2. Electrolux Oven 3. Electrolux stove 4. Electolux Island Hoob (tis is really painful coz is damp ex) 5. Electrolux Dryer 6. Fisher & Paykel Fridge 7. KDK Ceiling Fan 8. Whole hse lighting (include a crystal light for my dining area) 9. Toilet Accessories (tis cost a bomb too) Balance item need to purchase : 1. 2 x Super Single Mattress (1 bed frame/divan is needed) 2. Coffee Table (will decided on this when we move in, afraid may not have enough place) And next sourcing for mover...so far I only heard of Shalom Mover, does anyone know of any reliable mover? And lastly, would be applying reno permit fr next week.. Target Schedule : 1 Dec 2011 : 2nd appt. for key collection...yeah 2 Dec 2011 : Hacking Day... 3 Dec to 4 Jan : laying of granite on 1st floor, carpentry on 2nd floor, all the 3 toilets etc 5 Jan : General Cleaning Stop work and restart after CNY... Will start updating the progress fr early Dec As it's near CNY, my ID told me that reno will stop on 1st Jan 2012..which means he will only be able to complete my reno for 2nd floor. 1st floor reno (carpentry work for kitchen & TV console) to be continued after CNY no choice but to accept...

Here's the revised 3D fr kitchen. Had changed swop the position for fridge and the sink at dry area & changed the laminate to a plain white for simplicity.

Sound like the electrical shop I went to, which I oso park at the basement cp for free. My ID brought me there and when we arrived, he call the lady to open gantry and let us park our car. The shop name is Kenzie opp the Singapore lighting mart. FYI, balestier lighting all r expensive, that shop quote my house lighting at 6K and later reduce to 4400, I req for further discount to 4K and she refuse, so I ended up not buying. Later I went to this lighting shop at Jurong East, the boss (couple) was very nice and I bought the same light at 3K only, see price so much different. Pls do more checking before buying. If u want the ctc for the electrical shop, let me know & I will pm u.

Item 8, purchase at a electrical store in the west...the boss (couple) are very nice person & gave a lot of discount. The price compared to shop at Balestier is very much cheaper. Example, LED downlight can be cheaper by nearly $30 per pc Now waiting for key collection and reno to start Will take some before reno photo and share later...

Well we had more or less finalize our quotation now which value at 110K and I told my ID this is the max we can go up to...hopefully everything goes smoothly and no more additional cost.. So u completed yr reno already? any pic to share?

My quotation from ID was all above >100K...renovating a EM is really costly...Ouch...

Tks tks...well after meeting up with my ID ytd...did some slight changes on the 3D ...waiting for all final 3D and next will be waiting for my key collection on 1st Dec. Our target is to move in by Early Jan, so the reno is really a rush....hope it goes smoothly.....

Meeting the ID today to finalize the laminate for wardrobe... Things already purchased : Lorenzo Sofa Electrolux Oven Electrolux stove Things pending to be purchase : Cooker hob (still cannot decide to buy a island hob or a normal hob) Fisher & pakey fridge

So anyone buy or used eletrolux island hood before any feedback?

Am oso starting my EM reno soon, my quote was at 110K, wow u can get below 90K is a good price indeed. Mine exclude aircon & electricity work. Beginning to feel ex but all 3D is finalize liao juz & paid 1500 but yet to sign any contract. Thinking of changing ID but no time liao...

Master Bedroom View of Bed position...am gg to buy a nice relaxing chair to place beside bed for reading book TV Console...am gg to remove the shelving below the TV as it looks kind of weird Walk-in Wardrobe with a smll work station...there's a full glass mirror beside the workdesk...

Bedroom 2 Am gg to change the color as the purple too dark le...not nice...but will stay put with the design.

Bedroom 1...did a platform Platform Bed Study desk (opp the platform bed)

Common Toilet at 2nd floor...got resort feel Master Toilet...also got resort feel There's one more toilet at 1st floor but no 3D photo to share...

Kitchen...(wet & Dry) I luv this concept very much Dry Kitchen for bakery corner & wet kitchen for heavy cooking...
