Hi All, Below is the quote i got from a ID. Can you guys advise if this is reasonable Painting a 3 Bedroom (1,141 sqft) Condo - $1600. Using a Nippon emoulsion paint for Wall and Ceiling Sand Down wood surfaces and apply lacquer varnish for 8 Door in the unit - $750. Regrinding and varnishing parquet strip flooring & Skirting for 3 Bedroom - $800. 1 Master and 2 Common Rooms. THe condition of the existing floor is quite average. Revarnish few of the furniture like tv console, coffee table , shoe cabinet and bedroom frame - 500. Would really appreciate your advise. Also the ID is helping us to choose the color for the house as i am not so good with colors Also it comes with Warranty and one of my friend have used there services before and are very happy with his after support services.
