  1. OOhh..I see. How much does it cost? How bout Odour Less those type? More expensive right?
  2. Strongly advice you to engage and ID. No point saving 10% and make yourself in trouble. Contractor is good in fabricating not designing. Sounds like your place is located at AMK DBSS...I visited my friend DBSS last week and he is doing suspended Feature wall as well as TV Console as a divider. You want to view? It's almost done...
  3. Hi, Heard of Lam Chuan before. They are one of the leader in sg. Well established and trustworty.
  4. You may consider sticker rather than spray... Go to buy sticker at Home Fix and DIY yourself. Save all trouble...
  5. Below 3k cannot really do much things. Maybe can install a shower screen etc...
  6. Ikea stuffs won't last long. Some more the cabinet will be installed inside bathroom. If the cabinet is laminated, you won't be able to change the color as well as the laminate.
  7. Is it really safe to go directly to contractor? I say another post stated USE at your own risk.
  8. I understnd that there's no way to change the laminate as they were glued on.
  9. Can see clearly that there's a metal holder, I think cables can hide inside. In addition, the metal holder can stand the weight of the TV too. My concern is the heat releasing for the TV. Anyway, this is a nice pic and good idea especially in common bedroom which the space is limited..
  10. ID and contractor.. And feedback on pros and cons?
  11. I guess ID is like SGH. They coordinate and make sure everything runs smooth. Contractor is like one of the Specialist. They are good in certain area. Any feedback on Pros & Cons??
  12. Yeah..handle is the main issue. But compared to feature wall, wall paper is the best choice. First is the pricing, futher more, I don't think Civil Defense will approve installation of feature which is blocking the access of Bomb Shelter..
  13. For kitchen top, I would recommend eigher Solid Surface or Granite. Both are durable and lasting. Outlook wise, almost identical to me. Solid Surface: 70-90pf Granite: 100-120pf Hope this helps.
  14. May I know what is Corion hard top? THanks
  15. Personally, I never look at ST classified. To me, they are all gimmicks. Last month, I saw an ad stating that bathroom Bi-fold door only cost $50...Do you believe that?? P/S: My neighbour installed 2 Bi-fold door. $250ea (Including installation)
  16. I guess this is a very old type and I think it is no longer available in the market.... Nowadays, we using rain shower.
  17. Hi, It is not a new concept. If I am not mistaken, it's call Clear Kitchen concept. Actually, drawers are easy to open then handle and handle will get rusty after 1-2 years time and no one can fix it for you. Strongly advice you to go for clear kitchen concept. It looks neat too...
  18. Hi, I've checked the price of parquet flooring today. The price is almost triple of laminating price.
  19. From 22k to 11k? How come the price dropped so much? Is it trustworthy?
