@aya.. I only had tiling works ****.. Think urs is whole hse tiling, that made quite a diff. I suddenly realized plaster wall is easily dented when hit by sharp stuff.. Think will hv a hard time maintaining it.. Especially I hv 2 young kids.

8 Apr End of week 3 The rubbish were cleared..and painting has started.. In fact in 1 day they completed the ceiling for the whole hse. But the walls have some dents here and there which need rectification..the painter already patch some .. But still quite a bit left.. Hub circled them up.. Heh The false ceiling at dining area.. Made the ceiling quite low.. I'm sure we can reach the dining light when it's up The paints.. Been worrying about the gray we chose.. Whether it might turn out too light, guess hv to wait till tomorrow..

I also support the idea of changing the aircon. My previous place , when I bought over the aircon is only 5 yrs.. But few yrs down the rd.. It become so old.. And not functioning well

I hv the exact same prob for mbr as you above the sink is the toilet lourver.. Not much space for mirror or may need to bend a bit to use the mirror.. Now I need to put a rack to place toiletries.. So even worst for mirror

Was on leave yesterday to meet the carpenter.. Most glad that he said we can do without a drawer for the tv console in MBR.. Free up some walking space for my giant bedframe.. Ha! Finalize the paint colour ..and inner laminate for wardrobe and kitchen.. Ceiling works.. Lbox only as we do not like the potential dust trap with cove lighting Finalize the MBR laminates:

Oredi bought 2 set of bedsheet for the bed.. These few days JL and metro hv bedfair.. Bedsheet w quilt cover at 550TC only 110.. I grab 2 oredi.. Heh

Day 15 2 Apr Today hub on leave to meet electrician.. and opennet in morning.. But this round, opennet never come.. Gave him few calls to make sure he come as tomorrow false ceiling works will start.., so it's urgent case.. Finally came in pm and we have to top up 60+ for the materials.. Made a mistake on the king size bedframe we ordered..After some estimation will only hv 1 tile size from wardrobe to bed.. Haiz..

These lobang Above window cost 150 to patch back.. Real waste of $.. 1st spent $ to remove cornice.. And exposed these fake stuff.. Now gonna spend close to 1k to patch back..As we have 6 of them.. My new main door is getting further Liao.. Heh

I paid deposit at courts since last nov to secured the price.. Tat time the sales already told price going to increase.. And since then I go back courts to check the price regularly up till yesterday 38th anniversary sale still higher than the price I got.. But the model I get is SealyGareth, was choosing it btw Mayfair, tat time price for both model the same.. So sales told us anytime change mind still can change.. But now mayfair is 100 more ex than gareth ..

After Before So dark and scary...From this window can see the common toilet lourver..so glad we changed it..the previous owner did not clean them at least > 10yrs.. A v v thick dust overlaid each piece of glass! All in all .. It's really a lot of stuff has done since wk1.happy that the tiles was chosen correctly to help us brighten the hse.. Did found a few uneven floor tiles n wall tiles... Tomor to let ID Cyrus know.. Wonder what he 'll say.."Cannot expect 100% perfect??" Sometimes he will tell us we too ngim chim.. Heh..
