Tiles for living room: Kitchen: Bathroom wall: Bathroom flooring: Balcony: Looking back the floor tiles are mainly dark grey or black.except living room...dunno will it look too dark for the hse or not..

Tomorrow we shall chiong to Courts Bukit Timah as AMEX card holder can have 20% disc..to get the sofa set, that we've been eyeing..

Received the 3D design from ID last night..the 1st viewing was disaster...all the design was rejected except the std kitchen.. The 2nd draft was better..but I find the tv console n feature wall colour a bit too dark for my liking..

I thk older flats r like tat. My new place also hv shower facing door n shower screen can't be put due to small area. Only good thing is house is much bigger than newer flats
