Haha the mirror is actually used to create a reflection of the living windows...the underframe leg shown in the foto is just a wooden support and it will be replaced by stainless steel legs.

So will there be a stainless steel base plate or water can just drip freely to ur blanco? I do not want to bring in my furniture yet too as I foresee the cutting of the solid surface will sent millions of microdust flying around the house haha....if nt not only have to do spring cleaning but also autumn winter and summer cleaning hehheeh

Looks like ur schedule is abt the same as mine...today is 2nd day into carpentry. ur open concept dish rack definitely will have superb ventilation hehe

We are taking the plunge on deciding for the quartz. It comes in black. Black also nice but not a good back drop for our dining. In the end, we are trying to balance fengshui with design. It does cross our mind that the dining area will be overwhelmed with white or cold feel therefore we are planning to get colourful kitchen accessories and dining chairs. Resort style is actually just apply for our MBR so crossing our fingers that it turns out well....

Updates on Renovation Status:- Lightings are up for dining and kitchen Close up on the dining light which we had hard time searching Common bathroom (90% done)

Hi Valerie, Bathlabz @ Ubi. We have actually went quite a few places but still find them the best in term of good cust service and honesty.

Tiles we have choosen for the Entire Flat's flooring, Kitchen and Common Bathroom:- We are actually quite skeptical on choosing grey tiles instead of the normal white/off white for the flat flooring. Daring desicion but it turn out quite well. In the pic, we are comparing the sample with the actual flooring. Finally decided on the white raw finish quartz to be our feature wall in the dining area. Gold mosaic tiles didnt turn out well due to inferior quality. Pray hard it will turn out perfectly.

I also just bought the Sharp air purifier from Megatex last weekend. Not sure if it really works but according to Kobelala, it must be money well spent. Bud mine is the low end series hahah..
