2) Coffee table Originally did not intend to get a coffee table as we have young kid at home. But as we are getting a package from Cellini so the strategy is to ask for more things to be included in the package as we are not getting the TV console and bed. It has a front compartment for putting magazines and a drawer. The black glass coffee table will complement our color theme in the hall.

Our latest loot bought during the long weekend :- 1) Dining table DH wanted an extendable dining table but the one from XZQT is way outa our budget, luckily from recommendation from renotalk, we visited Hommage and bought below extendable dining table but in black glass at only a fraction of the price compare from the former. Chairs will be bought separately elsewhere.

False ceiling at dining area, the "hole" is for the hanging light above the dining table Cove light at bedroom 2 Cove light at MBR, still need some touch up Cove light at bedroom 3 Basically we did cove light in all bedrooms and living room. False ceiling in study room and dining area which was partitioned out from the living room. Oh yes... there is also hole on the false ceiling at the foyer

Ceiling is almost done, except for some touching up in MBR and ceiling for living... Hopefully, the entire renovation journey will be smooth sailing Bedroom 3 AC piping covered up le MBR AC piping at the entrance ceiling also covered up

Hi Angel... Sorry ah... silly question... but what can we put on the lader rack? Cos they actually "over" each other when closed, so can't put tall items at the edge of the fixed basket? Esther Mine is new HDB so only doing relocation for common bedroom 3 cos of carpentry, son's room untouched to save cost... Our price for single and double sockets are the same cos we free issue the sockets to our electrician. The list shown was based on the initial intention, but now got quite a few VO, e.g. initially we only planned for 2 double sockets at TV console, now got 4 double le, we also laying wiring for our 5.1 sound system & subwoofer... Cost is cheaper than Sebastian's quote. Dreaming I already got a house but when I saw the blog, it made me want to buy the house... kekeke 70K is too much to fork out for a renovation, cos plus furnishing will easily go up to 100K and we are not willing to spend so much on renovation.
