  2. Fruitful weekend! Over the weekend, we managed to find a shop at Thomas plaza selling country style items. Not Forrest, but the one along the Buger King stretch. We foudn this pair of bedside lamp which is match to our theme. One is $180 BEFORE discount. Now its on sales, so we paid $90 for one. So here it is During the day. During the night Brighten the room in perfect diming environment. And at the same time, saw this cross in the church bookshop, and its nice and country-style Parissilk was having a sales yesterday at holland village. Coincidently, we asked how much is the model NN-CS596AYPQ, as outside is selling $799 with $100 NTUC voucher. Surprisingly, its on offer. $690! BOOKED! With NTUC voucher as well. And on Saturday, we also ordered our fidge from Goh Ah Bee. Outside is selling $1099. We got it for $899! Hitachi R-Z580AM. As this is the model which has a good cooling compartment.

  4. Hey Eveuloveme, Stamford house! Wow, i think i will go and have a look! Loft! I havent heard of that place yet but i will go down on Sunday! And today;s timing was too tight to go and have a vist at Pantry Magic. Was cleaning up the house late last night till 1am, shag out, ended up sleeping there. In the morning, went for a swim before heading to town to serach for all the wedding shoes and customised the wedding band at Fariy Inc. What cantona7 said is right. it is highly advisable to wait till the end then buy electrical stuff. dont worry too much about the GST, though it is 2% more and on a large amount, you can save alot BUT when you are ready next year, there will be loads of sales again! Alright. And if you really want to buy electrical stuff, go to those BEST, COURTS or wherever, note down the model, and call Goh Ah Bee which is located at Kova, it is cheaper as compare to outside price. so far, from what i compare, they provided the cheapest deal Cantona7, Wait for my INVITE once it is ready

Indeed country style, not easy to make and find everything. There is a forum lady here I know, her sister's house, VERY nicely done up. MINE is very small scale already, her sister place, COUNTRY STYLE as well, Bishane, 5 rooms I think, $60 to $70K So for mine, I have a budget and have to stick closely to it, else I will not be able to make it for all my other wedding stuff SO ya, talkign about shifting in, TARGET date was actually JUNE! but seems like i need to speed up!! 6. Inflation in Singapore is already 2%. $20,000, with 2%, not really worth it. I rather you invest it in Raffles Education (for their shares, and take it out by the end of the year, from what I know, your yielf will be more than 2%).

  21. Hi there cherrie20, Service by Alvin is very good. both of us is impressed by him. Especially his ideas. I must say I am really impressed with the way he does cabinets and how to make them sturdy! For example my living room TV console, the way he joint it up, and the way he structured it, it blends 100% into my idea. And with his creativity, he made it HAPPEN I spend all in all $26000 for this whole reno .. i obtained 3 quotation before I set my decision in using him because i went to a VERY HIGH quotation one, quoted me $32K, with very basic items, not even like this. I went to a STEP-IN NEIGHBOURHOOD one, quoted me $19K but his idea doesn’t blends into mine and ID dont sounds convincing in delivery.. and a LOWER one than Baroque, that one really cannot make it, because everything also PLYWOOD! haha .. So based on materials, cost, design, ideas, QUALITY of wood, sincerity and CONFIDENCE, Alvin of baroque stood out among the rest. So reno wise, you should have about $20K in budget for a 2 room. My budget was actually $22K, but slowly slowly, we wanted to do our kitchen, so additional cost leh .. hehe .. And set aside about $20K or MORE for your furniture and electrical appliance.. hope all these helps If you need other contacts on other area, let me know.. i have ;P E.g. 42 Joo Jiat Road, sells the cheapest PLATES and cups and anything! Morghanjess
  22. wow! you have a spacious toilet! and really resort style! did you put the RAIN DROP shower to make the theme complete?
  23. HEY HOMESWEETHOME! Thanks for your PM and your lovely comments. HTB and WTB's idea! oh oh oh! further down the road! the one still under development? ;P otherwise will be bullion park? or dun tell me its SEASON! ;P We seen a couple of units in here before we gotten this one which when we stepped in, we sense God's peace in us! So we bought it! and it was unblocked, quite difficult to get something like this. And we sealed the deal on the 2nd day the owner advertised it! Can call us KS, but coming to house, who do not want to be KS a bit ;P We saw a unit on level 5 and another one on level 7 .. we nearly could be neighbours but we really feel a bit bad having to disturbed the existing neighbours around us with all the drilling and the noise.. soon they will get a THANK YOU item from us ;P But frankly, looks nice and I just did the first "cleaning exercise" last weekend, oh .. muscles growing from constant removing of little spots ..haha ..
  24. h! :)we didn't understand the meaning of mask. this is the samsung black LCD so when we bought it,it's already like this. Hi! it's a resale condo.its called castle green at yio chu kang.in fact, we loved the view so much that we offered the owner a price the first time we saw it.
