if they stated that prepayment is to be made in the sms, you should have argued or canceled the service if you were not comfortable with it. however, if they did not state, i honestly believe that you did nothing wrong in stating the facts of the whole incident. did you try CASE? but make sure of the sms-es, if they did mention, i think its kind of a losing game.

Just wana find out how many home owners actually use this kind of service on a regular basis. Disinfecting of surfaces, toilets, kitchen, aircon etc I see many offices doing it, not sure if house owners have this habit too

My laminate flooring seems to be expanding on one area, the gap(almost 1mm) in between the laminate tiles is very obvious. There are others that seem to be popping out a little. Are there any problems with my flooring? My ID says they have given me a better flooring than Supreme because the design we chose for Supreme is out of stock.

I cannot seem to find the contact number for ACE Flooring. I am contemplating whether i should cancel the cheque i issued to them and then issue a new one based on the price difference if there is any in the laminate.

Can anyone advise me what is the difference between Supreme and Ace laminate flooring? My ID say the laminate flooring from Supreme that we previously chose is sold out and gave us ACE flooring. He says that ACE is better and more expensive. Just want to find out if it is the case or am i being shortchanged? Can any kind soul advise on this? Thanks in advance

try this company, Ecoverve if you are very particular about service. They have one of the best service level i have seen so far. No project is too big or small for them. My friend had her house done by them. And trust me,this house is hugh. Almost 15000 sqft. They seem very experienced in this type of sizes.
