Hi, I went to aircon shop. One of the salesman point out that is pointless to purchase 5 ticks aircon because 2 ticks aircon have higher cooling capacity and able to cool down the room faster and better electric saving then 5 ticks due to 5 ticks aircon take longer time to cool the room. So what you guys think is true?

Suggest also mention which company is the installer. Maybe cause by installer. My heater spoil within 1 month and the heater company came down and find that using lousy cable ( for lighting use wire cable). They change for me free. I bet installer may come apart as they are the one install wiring too.

Base on Single split unit: Which brand better electrical saving? I do understand that is abit not fair where 12000BTU vs 9000 BTU Because Brand A smallest is 12000BTU our power consumption is base on 2.5kw/3.2kw at capacity or power input 480/520w ?

Hdb will always not approve if u do submission. As mention by dinobros, by carpentry, Example if buy double storey bed is it consider mezzanine the area? Need GFA? Ura need approve the bed? If yes, I think last time I sleep in army camp all have to remove the bed. All ppl purchased those double storey bed will Need to throw away. So mezzanine thing is a " " thing. So can be approve and some can't

Ya- u need PE to do this, I did once, take very long time, once approve, they build very fast. I got in very high side because I get from consultant Flim , but during erection of mezzanine, I get the name card from the builder, they charge a lot cheaper Without middleman after I passed their namecard to my negibour , they also do with PE ans submission

Where to get no stain paint. Not those easy to remove stain. Those stain cannot easily stick on it. Example go to corridor and rub those dirty floor with yr hand and then rub against the wall, it won't stain on it. Or use yr shoe and kick/step onto wall, it won't stain shoe mark.
