HI All, Can anyone advise if we are able to fix damaged locks on HDB Windows ourselves or do we need to get a certified repair company to do it ? A few of my window locks are damaged and I am looking to have them repaired. Has anyone done it themselves before ?

Can anyone advise if you have done those anti slip treatments in your toilets and does it work ? Is it easy to maintain and is it lasting ? I have old people at home and are thinking of doing it.

Hi Mr Contractor, I am looking to renovate my kitchen as the cabinets under the sink has rotted. My mum is a heavy user of the kitchen. Do you think it is a good idea to construct a concrete structure for the sink area and cover it with laminates ? Is granite top a good choice for heacy cooking ? Whenever my mum cooks, the entire tabletop is wet and oily at times cause she likes to deep fry. I wonder if granite will be easily stained in this way ?

Any recommendations for HDB Windows Repair ? My window latch is spoilt and my windows are stuck.

HI, I need advice on the condition of my water heater. Have used it for 8 years already and recently due to rust, the plastic cover peeled off, exposing the rusty metal. I am wondering if this is dangerous and whether I should replace the entire water heater. Please advise.
