Further work has been done to our flat! The TV console is up! Just in time for Sitex?? So is the shelving for the Master Bedroom: Dresser too! Electrical works to the kitchen and installation of oven And our shoe cabinet!

Besides the grilles, kitchen and dining area, work has started on our living room feature wall... The frame of the wardrobes in the master bedroom and bedroom have been completed too... Guess the sliding doors will be coming soon Lastly, the master bedroom partition has its lighting done up too...

The doors for our kitchen have also been installed and to top it off the solid surface is also up today! for the efficiency! Also, the dining display cum storage area has been done up!

Things are moving fast! There have been quite a transformation to our flat during these few days. Hmmm....where should I start off with? For starters the windows grilles have been installed!

The excitement of seeing our house being transformed is like a drug - We keep wanting to take a look at it! Went down again this evening and saw that the front door has been varnished. Besides that, there are a few new additions to the kitchen: The cooker hood and hob The dish rack Also, the doors are being prepared for installation:

After this morning's delight at seeing the carpenters in action, I decided to pop down again in the evening! The kitchen cabinet is fully up including the upper cabinets! The shoe cabinet is up too! We also have our display cabinets cum storage at the dining area:

We have also decided on the solid surface to complement our kitchen cabinet :

Besides the cabinets, the clothes rack has also arrived! However, due to the size of our kitchen light, the rack will be slightly below the light. There is still a bit of gap but we have decided to see how it looks after the kitchen cabinets are all up before deciding whether or not to shift the light.

The carpenters have arrived today together with the "skeleton" of the cabinets! Gosh! Looks like playing with LEGO or jigsaw puzzle to try and fit the whole thing in place! Wee Kuang and I were like trying to guess which goes where....haha

Actually OpenNet did call me to tell me if I want to install faster the fibre optic faster than their next available date, I can sign up with the service providers. Singtel might be able to waive the charge...if you sign up with their most expensive plan I think. Right Nellynutt?

Met up with Wee Kuang today to finalise the location of our bathroom accessories. There were certain things we kinda forgot to take note of while purchasing our accessories. Luckily, we were able to make certain adjustments with his ! Phew!

Painting has begun for our flat and we love the way the colours are starting to appear on the walls! Master Bedroom (going for a more warm neutral kind of feel): Bedroom 1 aka Study (going for the green theme): Bedroom 2 (going for a the violet look): The painters haven't finish painting....can't wait to see them finish up the painting for the whole flat!
