  2. Hi Snake, I reckon it should be itemized out so you can compare on renotalk and get some feedback for some quotes.. then u could challenge your ID and say is way too exp .. see possible to sub-out the job for individual electrician..if is too exp.
  3. hi Aron, Since you r in this industry and i ask some of your professional feedback on the aircon products... At first i have interest in getting Mitsubishi Inverter system 4. Went to gain city, the sales person show me a demo on Mitsubishi is using 30k with 0.5W standby load..and higher COP than LG and he say that Mitsu is exp due to heavily advertisement .....and yes, mitsu is slightly quieter due to "19dB(A) he recommended us for LG A4UQ266FA0 system 4 which is slight lower power consumption at 28k something and 0.31W standby load.. LG COP is lesser than at 3.69 and noise level slight higher at 21dB(A) can clarify as "quiet" What is your take on these 2 products? CAN PM me on more details and price? Thanks!

  13. @prody What im afraid that after water pressure is low...i think there's a thread somewhere how to solve this issue...(with Citygas?) Possible to use some electric pump to push the water out? if 2 person simultaneously using the water at the same time (it happen to me) totally there's no water to bathe....just a few drops~~
  14. wow tons of tiles there~ Act your floor plan for 103sqm seems quite big ya.... Are you changing your bathroom wall tiles?
  15. @Dadajie Yes indeed is good~ meeting and selecting ID will be fun too Im meeting my ID tomorrow too for lamination selection Post up some 3D design ya ~~
  16. slurppppp~~~ nice nice Looking every details on what your have hehe We have the same MBR layout and the same concept (guess everyone is sticking this style~ ) Your showerhead is "SOoo" Big! question pop into my mind now... Anyway to measure the water pressure? Many ppl say lower floor gain higher water pressure~ Your exhaust fan is cut into the toilet window? waaa exp?
  17. haha Tks were do do you keep your blender? rice cooker? water jar?... Do u prefer conceal condiment pull out trays or expose? due to herbs and sources ~ @prody I notice your switch~ is it from MK? the larger ones on the left (Im looking for those switches comes with soft touch~"tak" those type ~
  18. Emm...im abit noob in furniture... Can i know y Noguchi is so famous? is it a designer brand or is exp?
  19. Hello Prody & Dreaming, Do you have any idea how to solve this future issue? Imagine u have a nice kitchen...but in long run things tend to be lazy and the kitchen will be like this as below: Anyways to avoid all these mess or how do u guys plan to counter this kind of problems?
  20. wow.....Nice nice!!!! im not dd much on master bedroom~~any fore-ceiling
  21. Congrats on your new purchase I have hard time browsing through magazine too..especially Home&Deco (U can give it a try to gain some ideas) - As for your kitchen...I have this though that replacing the doors and re-laminate all the cabinets (as my previous owner theme is so old school - Pink+ blue in each different door~~ ) Ohh dear~ I did ask around for quotes to laminate all the doors vs. building a new kicthen. Answer: Contractor (as my previous owner is doing his carpentry work he did all the wood work himself) told me that not much differences on laminating, because they have to dismantle the doors and bring it back to the factory (1 cost), then from there start to measure and customize (1 cost), your lamination material (1 cost), shipment to your house and install (1 cost) ... New: Slightly more exp by 20% i guess, as he told me not much difference so ...i opt for new Maybe u can share with me the price for laminate whole kitchen cost via (PM), as my build in wardrobe (he did it himself) in remaining 2 rooms comes with same kitchen colour theme (Pink + blue) Omg.... But i love your idea of WIW wish i have space to do one~ hehe Any pics to share hehe
  22. hi Dreaming, I know y HTB (prody) thinks its ugly! First the impression for me is (IMO): Focal AMP is so dull, cant bring up the luxury of the home theater. as a audiophile we tend to purchase something that not too "exp" yet presentable~ well Focal is a good brand indeed (especially for ICE- In Car Entertainment. guess snaem85 will agree with me ) Factor 2 may be, too plain...because your artistic feature wall is off white in colour + Focal HT it doesn't bring out the "Ohmp" Just my 2 cents ~~ else can think of sound bar good tho'
  23. @prody, Thanks i received your PM. Mine is $40 extra than yours but i guess mine is smaller...(Let me start my T-Blog next month..quite tied up with work lately) Anyway we have the same idea on designing the house hehe I was looking at this too..but was thinking gg for HT or customize ... Check this out..i haven tested their sound system yet. This $2k budget got to put aside due to alot $$ gg to spend for kitchen appliances and Aircon (Start to scare when think of it ~~) Uhh~ I love your "PD-Mirror-Door" ID quote me normal PD-Door at $380 each....i was thinking..so exp....then i have another idea...having Sandblasting Tempered Glass to replace Wooden PD-Door...never know there are mirror effect
  24. @prody Wow, we have roughly the same concept of shoe rack I haven started my T-Blog yet..still waiting things to get firm out..then i post some pic for my Built in shoe rack : U hide your DB box inside the shoe rack? Impressive hehe Mind to share the cost for this? My ID quoted me quite exp for the shoe rack. Im still waiting for the 3D design Are you using sparkling lamination? guess it goes well with your light
  25. Omg your design is so cool~ Can i know what software u're using? I can roughly plan my floor-plan n show my ID what and how i want it I guess yours will be a major reno...since u are hacking your walls, your living hall tiles got to hack it as well (was told my ID) Awaiting more ideas from u
