Hi Sleek, Thanks indeed a big move to get a house at this phase resale HDB prices all shoot up! Ohh yeah i miss out Royal Fanco.. heard their products not too bad~ But basically, what is the criteria to choose water taps? basic? WC? How do we justify the taps are good quality both comes with mirror finishing material... Im afraid that taps/mixers/shower head in long run (say 3yrs) it start to oxidize... Will you guys prefer to choose: 1) "Design" < Price < Brand or 2) "Brand" < Design < Price

Is this normal that Reno will drag for such a long week? I thought that usually ID got a project management grant chart to show clients on the work flow and handover date. I was told that when u sign the contract, ID will start to 'reserve' their main or sub-con for completion dates.. Hmm Anyway guess in e Reno progress there's always hiccups but stay cool... Things will be better else hold back their 5% lo or maybe free boxup from ID ?

Can PM on the price and place to get it the marble effect make the dinning space more spacious with your mirror reflection I opt out my TV Console....coz ID charges me $810 for that...i still can't find a nice and suitable ones with modern design but not "that" expensive

Hi Simontsh, Thanks for popping by How was your rework on e 3D design? Good? Haha notice that u place a partition shoe cabinet there.. As Miss C did proposed to us in e earlier stage but was rejected by me due to: 1) will e shoe cabinet too small? 2) block the fresh air from outside? 3) make the living and dinning space too small? 4) hard to walk around when entering the house? Thus I plan to place the shoe cabinet next the the windows but I only found out that there will be a windows and I can't enjoy a full length& height shoe cabinet (placement at bottom right) with e price of S$1500 for 4ft spacing. (got to make use the price else is not worth for build in shoe cabinet) Got to see how Miss C gg to proposed to us on e layout hehe

agreed that pipes in dark colours do looks elegant guess i should call my ID to do that instead of pure white~

Hi fellow reno kakies~ Guess by reading and hijacking all your lovely T-Blogs there, I have gained a lot of important information such as “things to take note”, ideas, pricing, good deals and so on. Just to share we bought our first house under constituency of Minister Khaw Boon Wan with a hefty S$40k COV!!!. We have really hard time of seeking low COV with affordable Val price but both doesn’t come as expected… we even con by housing agent too.. by pushing up the COV…(Nightmare) Nevertheless, after 1 month active search and stop for another month (due to high ave cov at S60k) and resumed back on the 3rd month where we finally locked down our dream home~ yay ID selection was hectic…..imagine few ID firms will give you a ring and promise with quote bla bla bla..when received the quote..it makes you faint~ Well, to cut short key collection will be in 2 weeks time~~ Weeeee~~

ohh gosh.... thought they are following the actual floor plan that u submitted to them for design.. I just heard Miss C will be delivering our 3D design today hehe anxious hehe now i got to zoom in detail for beam n other mics item before confirm to proceed. ... Bro..show some pics leh~~
