can i check with you, how do we know what is the height on the ceiling level? As i plan to do false ceiling too but i do not know the current HDB ceiling height... I Prefer to have ceiling fan as it uses the "Air Space" so the house will be much bigger~ 4" false ceiling may not be good as i was told that lighting size which do not have sufficient space to install. Ideally most of the ID/Contractor will do a 6" False Ceiling...and now im thinking on the same issue as you. "Ceiling Fan"

Hi All, Been busying looking for bed frame reviews and price vs quality. Beside the 3s guess only option left will be: 1) King Koil 2) 4Star 3) Beds.sg? I went down Plaza Singapura to check out on their mattress for 2x times to check on the quality and price. It seems not too bed on the mattress firmness, all their bed comes with standard pocket spring, anti dust mite, latex n so on. Not much information on King Koil reviews in renotalk so, i might based on comfort level on sleeping on their sample bed Im planning to get 3x beds there~ I wonder those sales talk really catch my attention by saying "year end sale" will more slightly more expensive than road show but seems King Koil now having 50% promo with package well it seems a good deal Anyway some pictures for the new house hehe 1) Dining Hall 2)Kitchen entrance soon the be hack away 3)Master Bedroom to be hack on all the "old-school" design by replacing a workstation 4) Master Bedroom Windows with their aircon?? 5)I have no idea what is called..is below the Master Bedroom windows a small compartment for storage i support? Hi pinkwhale, Welcome to Reno-T Blog~~ Let me suggest some of the design for your layout.. 1) Your TV console is really long approx 5meter? 2) By looking at your L-Sofa to TV distance is only 3m spacing...if you would get a 46" tv, your clearance should be >5m to get the best picture quality~ 3) Study table facing the window.. hmm, i suggest can relocate next to your bed, reason being, nowadays laptops/desktop monitor screen comes with glossy finished. This might cause some glare while doing your work. Moreover, while doing your work in the morning facing the windows might stress your eyesight~ Do consider rainy days as well...wall plug maybe located below your study table? Just my opinion happy planning~
