WOW your faucet very "fancy" bro~ Kitchen Blanco sink and tap hehe from Hoe Kee i seen it before~ hehe is in my wish list too~ i guess many ppl crazy about it but it doesn't come cheap tho' How strong is your rainshower centrino2? Is the pressure ok? Im still thinking to have it a not...do they have those water gauge or pressure meter to measure the level?
  3. @matrox Haven leh~ been busy planning alot of things.. I haven settle the pole system wardrobe I haven settle the kitchen spacing design whether to use Blum ($$$$ ), chicken brand or chrome brand~ to save some $$ I haven settle the placement of how many plugs i need and source for reliable cat6 cable and wall plug I haven settle the water inlet for standalone water purifier I haven settle the false ceiling design (Full false ceiling or with cove light hmm...) Jialat, now think already headache when start reno can to god everything go smooth~ Appreciate all the contacts u guys and gals PMed me. Is securely stored in my excel sheet for good lobang hehe

  7. haha thanks for adding me as your fren list ~ Besides "keapo" ppls reno blog i got to be more hardworking on planning my own house 1) Still pending on electrician work and cost... need to check on getting Legrand Mallia Switch 2) Kitchen space design...yet to send quote to Blum (im not sure how much is it~ nice to see, nice to ask, got the quote, make you faint~ ) 3) Toilet piping is another issue. Im still thinking how small will it be is i box up the toilet. Am i doing the right choice~ Actually renovation is like a drug, very addictive, the more you think, the move ideas you have and the more $$ u splash very poisoning too by looking our beloved reno colleagues 3D design
  8. @centrino2 AWESOME idea bro!! Can save some bucks on getting new door hehe (an excuse for not getting brand new stuff:P) Which my yellow door, am I able to paint it to the design as below? horizontal + vertical lining?
  9. hahaha u guys! Geyland somemore~ haha come to think of it...hmm....too colourful orr... Because my intention to brighten the small unit... So, Shoe Rack: sky blue LED Feature wall: Orange LED Kitchen: Orange LED Wardrobe: Orange/sky blue guess not as bad as "G..e..y..l...a..n...g..."
  10. Ic, well then i got to wait and see who else wants to join me to get digital lock as for design wise yes, these 2 i guess is the winner SHS 5230, 6020 based on the design but i do not much how superior on its function vs Yale.
  11. wow nice nice more pics bro~ I went to Plaza Sing to grab my 3x bed on Sun hehe big damage too ~~ Happy Reno Yeah!
  12. bro Interlock, Your Promo package seems lesser this round..are you going to have year end sale soon? Combi promo hehe looking forward for hassle free digital locks~
  13. waaa your eat snake very powerful ~ haha I wish i have time to sneak off for a peak and instruct the guys in the coming reno~ I though Aron/ Sebastian will know where the location will be?
  14. @babytan Point4: haha no idea...hopefully they dont damage the windows railings Point5: I guess the storage is very small....maybe can put toilet roll haha. Need to think how to utilize the small space. As everything is small..Toilet small, bedroom also small, store room even smaller~ If box up...i think no space to "do your business" haha. If im not mistaken box up toilet cost $350~400~ exp tho' @renoseeker Emm..i think besides camouflage the piping nothing else cant be done... 1) Paint it to black/white 2) Box up 3) Got to let ID to give some creative ideas
  15. maybe they use sound proof too to make the sound environment better~ I was thinking dor 2k budget is it sufficient for a average HTS? Im planning to put $2k for HTS too...just worried went visiting Adelphi i will be tempted and slash the cash which over my budget~ Any review on the Podspeakers?
  16. hm..no problem i ask my ID I guess the KDK fan dimension should be small enough to mount without chopping visitor heard
  17. hahaha bro...throw that away leh~ referring your quote earlier: "I have actually installed the LED strips in my light coves, kitchen cabinet, TV console and pole system cabinet....not sure what do you want to know about it......" I have the same concept as you hehe (maybe most of us). Plan to put it: 1) Kitchen Cabinet top and bottom 2) Living feature wall 3) Shoe rack 4) MBR tv feature wall 5) Common toilet 6) MBR toilet 7) Soon to be Pole System cabinet x 2 (if the price is cheaper than wooden shelving cabinet ) 8) Cove light.....still considering should i have cove or fully covered false ceiling to prevent LIZARD laying eggs there
  18. uhhh nice vacuum cleaner... I just saw it on magazine hehe never know i spotted it via your T-blog So how is the weight? besides the suction? there's no price indicated at the magazine....mind to share As i do not wish to get those fancy vacuum cleaner like Dyson/rainbow..etc~ those are too exp btw, do Jackson do day n night curtains too?
  19. Awesome bro! PM saved! Will try to ask ID vs homewin price comparison Thanks yeah
  20. uhh this Philips rice cooker is much better than Panasonic one which comes with yellowish LCD panel for $120 is really a good grab~
  21. understand on the 3D portion. Mine 3D was screw up too... There is a reinforce beam there ..and yet the ID design the kitchen cabinet all the way sui sui to service balcony. Giving me the impression WOW~ sui leh~ Then think again...wait a min...they should be a beam haha And guess what she told me i they cant change and is counted 1 chance of 3D design. Yet no colour propose as requested... haha but anyway LiquidMod nice 3D
  22. @babytan, Whole house lights $1500 whole house sanitary $2300 U haven see my quote from Sanitary hunt hehe Can view my T-blog for more on my sanitary hunting but it still depends on your liking eg. some ppl prefer not too exp sanitary appliances but prefer quality yet "affordable" ones. 1)Song Cho will be better quality cos is uses SS instead of chrome 2)Some get IKEA where is stated SS but it will rust very fast (maybe they are using lower grade SS quality) 3)Jalan Besar vicinity you can find lots of stuff there ...with fancy design price range seems to be ok 4)If you go for quality > design > price then i might suggest Grohe & Hansgrohe Just my opinion~ p/s: Mine sanitary quote was >$4k but i have not pay the deposit yet hehe
  23. haha centrino2, Please send to me, my ID quoted me 6.5ft @$1950 I wonder is this pole system will be cheaper due to less carpentry but more SS pole material? Am thinking for few hours how to design a nice and not so exp wardrobe. Pole system will be a very good idea where next purchase i can relocate to other place (just like what you have thought about it ) Now the question comes in. I will be doing false ceiling for MBR, 1) Do i need to install the pole system first, so that false ceiling will not be install directly above the pole system or 2) Pole system install directly under the false ceiling but im worry about the durability and sustainability when the load come in.
  24. HI Simontsh, Let me help you to post up the picture maybe TS should have better understanding on the chart. As mine was just an min estimation on the distance since TS have limited viewing distance if TV >46" ? i assume
  25. @babytan, Uhh seems good deal for the fridge. But do you find the design for freezer is harder to access? where you got to bend down n pull the compartment out instead of opening from the corner? I feel that the design is awesome with 4 "ticks" with bigger capacity but still thinking if my mom need to bend down to pull the latch out to access the freezer may hurt her back~ Visited BEST @ IMM also but they do not carry Mitsubishi system 4. Saw Panasonic system 3 only. yes they warranty not as good compare to Gain but again...heard some problems with Gain installation contractor ... ohh yeah and we need to top up $150 for the "steel bracket" and need to pay extra to upgrade the piping? might as well contact Aron haha from Renotalk for best deal hehe Well babytan, any more pictures to lure us
