I NEEDS to enqiry about this sentence taht my ID have quoted me : Flooring works : 1) TO Supply & cement screed living area & dining space in range of $2.5 per sqft" @ $1175. 2) TO supply labour only to lay homo floor tiles 600mmx600mm polished @ $3 per sqft for living area with skirting. @ $3326 Total : is : $4501 for 320sqft. May i know is it EXPENSIVE ? Next : Acid washing , My Id quoted me $200. isnt it suppose to be free? But the issue is , i did not do any hacking & do good any wall etc...& also he over-estimate my Sqft ... to 470SQFT (his explanation is include Skirting). how can i clarify this with my ID ?
