My home is layered with homogeneous tiles. However, the flooring was very dusty with the cement powder. My contractor did one acid wash and now it is not so much powdery anymore. I told him to do one more time,but he told me doing multiple times will affect the tiles. Any opinions on this ?

My flat is currently under reno. I told the contractor to fix the tv feature wall at the end of the house near the window. Now I feel it shld be better to shift to nearer the centre of the house. I just talked to him, but he said this is custom fitting and very hard to shift. If I gave extra money, he will be ok to shift but typically how much would this cost abd works it will entail ?

To put it simply, it is just 6 feet wardrobe placed perpendicularly to a 4 feet wardrobe.

But isnt the storage just 10 feet ? Looking at the inner perimeter. I cant understand why is this 12 feet ? 4+4+2 ( why plus 2 again as it is being replicated )

Saw an ID today, who did mention that the having the TV close to the door will be a bit crampy compared to near the windows. But I think that this placing helps create a big empty space nearer to windows.

Hi, I just received my keys in Sengkang (5 room BTO) and am looking for a renovation contractor (not sure, whether an ID is required since I am not intending to do anything fancy). Anyways, here is my floor layout, I'd had designed myself.
