I din say that he is a bad contractor... only my personal opinion.. once bitten twice shy.. no offence please... wow, u are on jason's side, given your experience with jason.. perhaps jason didnt have much customers that time he replied u wif quote.. by the time it was my turn to email him, he wld be more bz wif reno after many ppl here are asking for his contact no.. well, i think he wont accept the small project after he saw my last email.. let it be.. at least, he ought to let us know if he is too bz to accept or not keen on taking it, juz tell us straigthly i/o waiting waiting rejecting rejecting.. my excitement & thought of enagagin him to work on our home after seeing your reno pics somes time ago faded away.. oh well, i PM u to find out how was ur feedback wif jason yesterday night.. if u have no problem wif jason and satisfied with ur reno, then this forummer maybe has a personal conflict wif jason.. listening to both sides of the contractor and forumer, we will find it hard who to believe.. best is to be netrual in their freud... we pay any contractor to the job well but feedback depends on us whether we r satisfied wif the completed result or not..

u r not alone.. he did reply me 1-2 weeks later.. when my hubby and i call him up, he will call us back this time he was bz wif other reno works.. in few days later, we call him up but he rejected our call... guess we forget him after we received a bad feedback frm one of forumers here... good luck to u guys who r getting him as a contractor for ur home reno..

Currently using pole system in my open-concept Wiw.. pretty good for me n hubby to pick clothes for work n partying..

I'm considering whether to add in backsplash between top and bottom cabinets in my kitchen.. If choose black, can see the white dust on the backsplash? easy cleaning after cooking oily foods? any disadv? anyone who has it can share?

no, this owner changed her mind not to sell her hse according to my collegue as nobody wanted to buy. i think dat she wanted to try her luck to sell off high cov cuz she dun need to fork out more money for her next flat after her official divorce..

hmm.. i came across the unit that was in bad condition and this owner is asking for 100k cov a few years ago.. I like this layout even though its in bad condition but i dun mind paying below or at the value price.. I simply forget it after finding out that this owner's daughter is my collegue.. There is many units around in BP area..Take ur time to look around b4 u secure one.. all the best

well, the water-pipe @ my mom's home has re-pipe during upgrading in 1990s.. no idea if he smoke us or not.. maybe he juz wanna us to save $$...

amazing pic.. i did thought of boxing up like yours.. but my contractor told us cannot box up cuz he is scared dat if HDB decide to re-pipe the water pipes in future, they will tear this part.. re-doing the whole toilet will throw away our $$.. in the end, he suggested the wood to box it up n if that happens, juz take it down n put it back... hve to take care of it well after bath use.. haiz..

my friend's dad passed on due to prostate cancer... have no idea about it after reading up some health issues online... any idea what cause prostate cancer? cuz of urine problem or lack of sex for a long term?
