  1. It looks like free shipping from Amazon US is ending.
  2. After using our 23" kraus sink, I think I regretting not getting a 32". Haha
  3. My common and master bathroom is connected to this heater. I am not sure about water pressure comparing with those storage tank but I find it decent enough when I use those Jet spray setting on the shower head. It takes about 20secs depending on the distance of the hot water pipe from heater to your shower head because it needs to heat up that length of pipe. Takes abit longer when it is during cooler days, especially in the morning due to cold concrete and pipe. I believe it is the same for storage tank, maybe slightly faster only. No matter what heater you use, it still needs a bit of time to heat up the cold pipes. So far, I am happy with it. doesn't hurt my electric bill
  4. Hey I got it from Lumiere at 355 Balestier Road #01-359 Goodwill Mansion. tel: 6353 3188.
  5. Hey sorry for late reply. Seldom enter renotalk already. My contractor's plumber had the adapter. Not sure where he get it from though.
  6. hehe... I don't remember seeing the aqua version as well
  7. Hmm... I didn't see the aqua version that time. But I think also ok ba. The 2nd one is silicon. It's different. Silicon will grow mould sooner or later and will deteriorate. Putty last longer and is very solid when dry
  8. All you need is a pen knife to cut the putty and use your fingers to knead it cos there are 2 epoxy that you need to combine. The 2 epoxy is in 1 tube. It's quite sticky so you need to wet your fingers abit to make the putty smooth after sticking it on. I got the underwater version which I feel more suitable for sinks. Try to do it at small amount at a time cos it tends to get bit messy n tiring. My neck also tired after bending do much. Haha
  9. I used Selleys epoxy putty underwater version. So far so good. Abt 1 or 2 tubes will be enough. Very useful even in bathrooms or anywhere that you want to seal up preventing water from sipping through
  10. I used epoxy over the silicon after my contractor finished the installation. Those epoxy that hardens like solid stone/steel type. Good thing abt these epoxy is that mould does not grow on them so easily. Keeps the water permanently away from the cabinet structure.
  11. thks for the suggestion! haven't really tested and calibrated the sound yet. got a foam to support the centre to point up liao.

  13. yup i got 2. each at 550mm long. One for dishes another for cups etc. Still not enough!
  14. your kitchen got good view! the place looks familiar. you staying at redhill?
  15. never used this heaters before but the 707 princeton seems to be a popular model. Actually why don't you use a storage heater tank or a multipoint instant heater, making use of the hot and cold water pipes concealed in the wall? That way you can have a cleaner toilet with just the heater in the common toilet. To your question about power sockets, each toilets has power outlet hidden in the egg crates of both toilets which are connected to the water heater switches outside the toilet.
