your kitchen looks good! -
bro, is ur aircon installed directly above any doors or windows? where is the spot that it is leaking?
-
these few mths the wind will be from the South, so won't get much wind. However, there are more mths with Northern wind compared to Southern throughout the year, iirc, so hopefully can be windy. We have decided not to install air-con. We thought about it and asked ourselves, how many times are we switching on the living room aircon? Probably only during some house event.
-
Hope mine wont take 3 mths! that is very long! btw which floor you at? your's 85 or 90 sqm?

Hey fellow 61B neighbor. I also same block! I also got it from last year's SoBF. Have you got your contractor already? You installing gas hater or electrical storage heater?

Already written to HDB CEO and MND. HDB and the contractor have to give me a good answer and to rectify it to make good. How can such thing happen.. Really cmi... Anyway the issue is not under BCA's purview

more images. these are only a faction of the damage. Total 16 top hung windows, all like that. Had lodge a complain to HDB BO and HQ regarding this matter.
-
Reported that the top hung window very difficult to close. Some even unable to close. This is what they did to solve the problem: Heart attack Their method had caused the windows to have gaps around and cannot close fully. potential water seepages.

With that budget you can get a very good mattress from anyone of them. You can also consider slumberland P.s. i think you have posted in the wrong section

:curse: :curse: :curse: just now went up to my house and found that the DLP contractor rectified all my top hung windows defect in a method that it is very unacceptable. Furious! going to take some photos tmr. If the BO and DLP contractor cannot solve this problem, I going to take it to higher level.

Had a site survey with the aircon contractor and realised that there will be some problem with the aircon in living room. The beam depth across between living and the bedroom corridor is low and is at the same height as the bedroom door. which means if I want to run the drain pipe via the 2 bedrooms, it has to run a full round at low level. Another possible way is to: Option 1, run across the HS wall to the common bathroom, but it would mean that I will see the 1 inch trunking for drainage across the wall at 2.1m height. Option 2, still can run along the main trunking, but need to add a pump to pump the water up above door level and connect with the rest of the drainage piping for bedroom 1 and 2. Lastly, option 3, totally dun wan aircon for living room since we are having ceiling fan! Now we are in a dilemma, To install aircon or not to install aircon in living room. Anyone got any recommendations for the drainage or comments regarding a pump for the drainage system?
