I can't begin to tell you how bad it was. Read some of the replies earlier and I agree they are only interested in the final bill and collection. I got an ID reporting to one of the "K". I dun care which "K" is good or which is bad. As long as you are working for the company, I would hold the company responsibile.

Just want to add further...becareful of what you sign with them..when the final bill come, be sure to check all the entries..i've got experience with entries that are supposed to be deleted but were left on the bill. ID wise, the person I engage is ****. Drawings was not delivered to what we requested.Overall if you have already engage them to do the job, tough luck but if you ar ethinking of using them, I suggest to relook into it again.. **Remember- there's no free lunch in this world. The free stuff that they promised are terrible..they used bangladeshi to do carpentry work for you. No offence to all Bangladeshi but I've never known Bangladeshi to be good in this expertise.

I want to share my bad experience I had with Ideal House. Just finished renovating my whole hse with them. Never deliver on time plus all the work are quite badly done..esp for the carpentry work. My kitchen top is worse..solid surface crack after 2 mths..call them and no reply..terrible after sales service.
