To be honest, initially i thought quite standard to ask all these. At e same time, i tought that it is best that both sides conform on e ideas of all rooms to prevent miscommunication. I dont want situation of finger pointing when things go wrong. At e same time, i come from design background. Im very confident that to come up with design r not that difficult. Only whwther u want or not. From e designs, u already know their dedication. It works both way. I told my ID that all her hard work will pay off if she makes things swee swee for me since i will be blogging abt her work and quality from her company. If good, i will promote. It is relatively a new company who is craving to break into the market with big players. That's why I feel tat they treasure their customers through price and personal services. Not much customers means u get more attention. Too many horror stories of big companies cannot cope due to too many orders. however, it is still too early to quote this. Shocked that you can pay deposit only and transfer the rest via Bank transfer! becos i short of cash and lazy to draw money. Only got $50 in my poscket. Ended up she say just Bank transfer. We were looking at gates. Decided on the aluminium gate. Reason because of I've been using wrought iron and decided to switch. One thing it is for security (locked after closing) and next is more privacy. We also chose on the toilet and kitchen door.
