Hi It depends on what is written on page 2 of the OTP. If submission days is 14, 30 or 60 days, then they have that amount of days to submit from the date of signing the OTP. The 7 days is the cooling off period for the seller after they submit the resale checklist. (after 7 days then can exercise OTP)
