In your case,its not totally stainless steel.what you having should b stainless steel coated nia. there's a difference in term of product & price tag too. -

yup,me too. product not that effective or so called "magical"(at least not for me) dont reli can hold onto things(even those that didnt exceed the product's recommeded max weight)for long period of time.My longest record is about 6 months,before things came crashing down. I have try few of them but still not so good. Mayb it's my problem

crack sooner or later?? due to what?kids/bobo people? as long as you secure it properly onto the wall,i cant tink of any high chances it will crack by itself. my old hse's one been hanging for more than 5yrs le,nothing happen le.

yup, wind is powerful & cooling...BUT its because you are in the air-con area(@ retail shops like COURTS/BD/HN etc). the air-con from the surrounding does give you e "feel" that its "powerful". But when you try it under normal temp room(just with the fan "on")there not much power. **IMHO,Only thing good is easy maintainance.
