initially i thought of this. putting the bedroom close to each other. hee. i bought at $442K + COV $18K. Highest level. Will be renovating 1 common toilet, kitchen, balcony and constructing back the study room.

Just purchase an EA in teck whye, floor plan as below. currently looking for renovation contractor for our house ^^. Floor size: 146sqm. The ex-owner knock off the study room and now the living room + study room + dining room is through and very big. We are thinking of building back the Study room so we will have 4 bedrooms.
