the address is 511 balestier road. very near to strass lighting which i believe most of the ppl know it their price for mini chanderlier range from $350- below $1k depending on what quality of crystal u looking at. u may wanna go to http://www.renotalk.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=9281 of my post of what kind of crystal u wanna look for. saw a sworoski shade crystal at ebay someone is asking for $1.2k used for 6 months and the post is close. i saw one very similar to watt business they have they only selling far lesser than that ..... maybe sworoski crystal is value for money in terms of reselling??? just my 2cents worth though...... !!

for me novena, nova, brighton all i avoid 2 semi d., 3 condos for my tenant all i got it from furniture warehouse located at kallang but now close already if you guys looking for the shop somewhere, look for a salesman call roland. everytime before my delivery date he sure confirm call me whether need to sent and u guys know what..... until now i did not receive anything thats not the colours or design i want. very good after sales service too.

the center frame seems quite long. how much u looking at? is it a crystal or just white pocillin?

Egypt S4 crystal is only about 10%-12% of led (+-) Spectra crystal is a low end crystal from strass but i do not know what is the led Strass crystal is pure led of 30%( if they told you 20%+ or 30%+ then u have to becareful they might be bullsxxting) how much u bought for that? the only thing u wanna check if yours is a strass crystal of 30% is a laser logo of strass will be in every one of it it including those hexagon shape of 10mm to 14mm and above. please take note darker colors (i only know 'jet' and 'teal') may not have the laser logo on it. the thing u need to do when delivery is make are.... ask them to open up the item and check every one of the crystal if yours is the normal colors and they should have the laser logo on it. if you get the spectra crystal, then it do not have the logo. a lot of shop in the lighting market do not have the dealership from strass and buy from those dealers. they will buy some, mix with some egypt crystal and its claim all from strass crystal. just for your info: egypt crystal: 14mm hexagon crystal is about 40-60 cents per pc strass crystal of pure 30% led: 14mm hexagon crystal is about $1-$1.50 per pc depending on which colors all this info i got it from a shop called Watt Busxxess located at balestier where they explain and show me the difference between a strass and egypt crystal. correct me if im wrong cos im not from strass hor just learn some lesson nia im asking them to change my previous 5 pcs of chanderlier to strass already

find one day you go in the morning until the rubbish guy come. for my case, those rubbish guy will put 3-4 rubbish bin together and clear it. it might not be your neighbour. i believe your neighbour also do not wanna walk a little more distance to dump the rubbish.

So anyone got it? i called them yesterday and the said only selected customers are entitle to purchase the new range of mini chanderlier at a affortable price from S4 Crystal to Straxx crystal (depending on what crystal you want with the frame) going down to take a look and will see what they up to

that is one of the shop i went in and i compare the lights from watt businees at 511 balestier road is far too exp in the same model....... a same model of chanderlier and rooms light price can be as high as 40% after discount

if wanna cheap chanderlier. i recommand watt business. after so many shop i went through and is one of the cheapest i can find but of course model is limited. they even request to assemble all the crystal for me so i can save a bit of $$ for my electrician to install last but not least they still have lots of light i got from them like outdoor garden lights, downlight etc...

KDK fan i check around are usually about the same price and most of the shop said is controlled price so assuming u get it anywhere is about the same price from 48" (if i remember correctly) 190+ to 56" $200++ u might wanna check my post at http://www.renotalk.com/forum/index.php?sh...mp;#entry190039 please take note that 56" is not suitable for HDB flat as is very low....

dun be mistaken hor i din said elmark or amasco fan no good is just their after sales service have some "compliment" issue got all my fans from WATT BUsiness on saturday. got four 48" decor fan and four 60" fan at $1000 nett

prices range i guess is between $80-$200 if you wanna D.I.Y yourself. as for mine at home i have to engage them to fix it cos is consider permanant mount on the wall and cost me $2900. have a very bad experience with them and very lousy workmanship plus chinaman working. dun wanna talk about it. you migh wanna try kovan side have a few doing it

oh ok then i dun wanna source around already they quoted me fanco also and i said i dun want elmark and amasco cos i read some of the post gimmer by fellow member here. *off to get the fan now*
