LL, The key difference between MTM and OTR is really the cost. If you want to get a stunning gown with full lace and embriodary etc.. you'll most definately have to top up quit a bit for the MTM gown... Hence if you were to compare, most of the time, OTR gowns look better or use more elaborate lace or imported materials. The problem most brides face is the designer. IF the designer cannot capture your idea, then you'll have a problem with MTM gowns.. you could always ask the BS to inform you when there are newer gowns coming in so you can take a look... you should ask your BS to confirm that if the MTM is made but still not happy, can you go back to OTR. most likely should be ok. but not until the stage of the MTM gown is completeed
