i remember last time this neighbour moving to my place, the contractors "hack" my water supply to use when i found out I made a huge deal out of it.. I mean, sh*t man.. i paid for my utilities leh.. then they use.. somemore not apologetic about it also.

If its about quality of service, then i think can only feedback to the firm, the onus is on the firm to decide how they want to deal with the matter. But if its about the ethics and morals of how a sale has been conducted then i believe should feedback to Fidrec/MAS. I beg to differ on some issues as I work in the banking and finance sector and we should try to weed out the bad apples. Ultimately if that is not done, the people who suffers are still the consumers.

Honestly look at the comments on the Stompt forum, I'm not trying to create a wave of backlash or anything. I'm speaking not in the view of a moderator but a normal human being. When I read some of the comments, its as if the comments are written by immature people. hand wash can get the collar of shirts cleaner.. but if keep twisting.. then will cause damage to the clothes also.. colour potential to fade lessor cause less strain on fabric..

all clothes will fade over time because of the dye (colour) fading. thats quite normal.

when you put softener during washing, will crease lessor after drying my dear.. so it will be easier to iron. putting a cloth means that the cloth will absorb direct heat from the iron. Heat on fabric will cause the fabric/thread to wear and tear over time. The whiteness is due to the dye fading due to the heat.

cannot put too hot. worse case put a piece of cloth on top before ironing. got put softener when u wash ur clothes anot?
