If you have access to some of the 1st year reports from ML, you'll realize that things aren't as bad as they are. At the same time, every deal they ink to put money in, they have a backup condition to ensure their invested monies.

Actually your friends in RT here will tell you the same. lol. Still young and a pretty decent job. Hubby doing quite alrite.. can't buy big car for myself also.. at most will be getting a 2nd mazda or toyota that type.. around 30k to 40k.. the rest ALL put into investments and savings for long term.. i want to live in a bungalow next time. lol.

Fully agree. To me $ is the motivator. But no matter, I realized that i do quite a bit. only get peanuts. i don't even get 10% of what i use to get for commissions.. maybe 2%. lol.. hence I don't feel motivated to work. thats maybe like 7 years back starting salary.. $1,860/= lol.. Year 2001 Nope i never say got people hunting me or that I'm thinking of moving. I don't like my company to give me an increment and promotion WHEN i'm leaving. that only means that they know that they have been short changing me all along.

Nope I never switch industry. Only Switched Banks. lol. Total package last time and when i just came here.. still short 40% even with the increments.. lol.. Thats why I'm getting tired.. not really as motivated as before. voice out already. so they are so called "looking" into it.

I'll see how things are at the moment. To be honest if they move my job grade up then I'll consider staying, with the previous increment i'm still sorely underpaid compared to yesteryears.. lol.. Wife just commented... "wah! how come now your income tax only so little to pay.."

every time also got offer. last 3 weeks got 2 calls from headhunters.. but i wanna just stay put here. just for a while more. Maybe Treasury? or Investment Fund House? or ask for a change of scope?
