Depends. I leaving the consumer banking side of the business. I would love to explore roles in -Institutional Financial Sales -Fixed Income / Derivatives -Busindess Development roles in Data management / Execution Management Systems etc. (e.g. Bloomberg etc)

Garden leave is when you are still employed under the company but you don't come back to work unless they require you to do so. Until your notice period has ended.

I'm looking for a job. But at the moment serving my notice, still in discussions whether to 1) allow me to remain in the same job function OR 2) transfer to an alternative role OR 3) put me on garden leave for the next 3months.
