Hi All, Finally after trying to ballot for HDB flat for 5 times unsucessful. My wife and I decided to go for a resale 3rm flat. We have decided to start family planning quickly before she turn beyond 35 years old. Recently scouted for some IDs and found that renovating a 3rm flat that include hacking of walls, rewiring, relay the floor tiles, repaint the house, carpentry for kitchen and 2 bedrooms, spray white power on windows grills, installing of glass door between kitchen and living (after hacking the wall) and wall titles for WC and Toilet. All these cost around $30-32k and does not include installation of aircon and wall tiles for kitchen. Am I being ripped off?
