    Was at expo last weekend checking out 3 seater sofa. I quite like one of the model from EL and was qouted ~ 3k. Am deciding whether to go for Lorenzo or EL sofa. Is it common that we need to wait for 6 weeks for the sofa to be deliver?

    The one i got i think is GU5.3 which require transformer coz the qoute got mentioned c/w philips transformer. Thier web site said it's SGD52 now for 10W LED.

    The one I asked is lightings.com. Apparently thier price is fixed price 10W philips LED is SGD52 per piece, 7W is much cheaper... For MR16 holder is SGD24 for single holder and SGD46 for 3 holder. You can check out the price @ http://www.lightings.com.sg/downlights.html. I don't quite like their MR16 holder especially the 3 holder as need to mod slightly to fix 10W LED so i plan to look around.. plan to drop by megaman and maybe optiled to check out the price.

    I see. My reno start next month.. haha. The salesman recommend me 10W say 7W might not be bright enough. What about your kitchen and bathroom? Do you use LED spot light as well or normal downlight?

    Is it advisable to have whole house installed with MR16 (10W LED). Lighting plan as follow: 1. Living (size approx 3.5 X 4M) chandelier + cove + 2 X single MR16 ( [O] ) above TV 2. Dining (size approx 2.5M X 4M) chandelier + cove + 4 X single MR16 ( [O] ) 3. Kitchen (size approx 4M X 2.5M) - 2 X 3 MR16 ( [OOO] ) 4. Bathroom (size approx 2.5M X 2M) - 1 X Single MR 16 ( [O] ) + 2 X 2 MR16 ([OO]) 5. Bedroom (size approx 3.5M X 3M) - 2 X 2 MR16 ( [OO] ) * [O], [OO], [OOO] represent the number of "bulk". Do you think it will be sufficient? Thanks

    i've considered that too so i spent whole afternoon at my new place yesterday (yesterday was hot hot hot) and see whether i can survive the heat. surprisingly the balcony is very windy and the heat is bearable.

    maybe install balcony blinds to block the water. my balcony is clear from east and west sun.

    Due to space constraint, I'm thinking of putting my dinning table @ my balcony. Is it bad idea from feng shui point of view?
