I not so hardworking la...I just spray...then close the toilet door and use water to spray them away a few hours later...And it works wonders.. I used 3 times already and I will keep using until all the moulds disappear...I begin to like tis product more and more liao... !! And I am so happi tat it actually solve my problem of ugly shower screens....

Ya lor Air...tats wat I told my contractor....cut further away...its ok...I even lend them my extension socket... Mabbe its mean of me... !! Below is the foto of my right side or so call front neighbour ba...did not managed to take my left side one cos they keep their laundry during weekends...only hang from Mondays to Fridays @ 24 hrs.... As u can c...the corridor is not very wide and 1/2 of the space is already taken up by the racks... And imagine everyday when I open up my door, the bamboos are pointing at me like knives...perhaps I believes a bit in FS, tat is y I dun quite like the idea of bamboos pointing at me.... So now I erect a partition wall at my LR, one way to counter the bamboos, another way is to block the window view from main door... Bt bo pian la...at least tis front one dun hang panties and bras la... The left neighbour's rack is the same as tis one...bt they lagi best, still got those rounded ones which will take up more space...and I gotta make way each time I walk to the lift! Sometimes the water can drip all over the floor...if 1 day I slip and fall, I will definitely complain to them face to face...I am enduring now nia.... !!

Finally my partition wall is up..... !! But still pondering wat to put in this corner....quite empty...Good idea to put FU LU SHOU facing the door or money plant or a huge laughing buddha? Any ideas? Left view from main door.....cannot see the panel of windows from main door liao...so happi! Right view from main door...really dunno !! wat to put here???? Another side of the partition wall from sofa...another empty space to fill up appropriately...sign!

Hi Mace, tried the duck mold on the silicon on my shower screen.... I bought the Duck mold yesterday, spray on the moulds in the afternoon for a few hours, can see the moulds disappear by 30%. Then after our shower at nite, I spray quite a lot again and leave it overnite. And guess wat???? I woke up tis morning to check again, first thing in the morning and the moulds oni hv 20% left....Wow! I dun need to do anything....and the moulds disappear by 80% after 2 usages! I am gonna try it again today.......hopefully the remaining moulds will disappear soon.... Mabbe some moulds are more stubborn, so need more time to work on it.... Bt duck molds smells like bleach smell, no good to smell to much...a lot of chlorine...bt duck mold dun hurt my tiles la....which I am afraid of... Nevertheless, it is highly recommended!

I have Kronotex laminating for a corner of my hse...so far so good, no complaints. But mine is only 10 mths old, so cannot complain much. Heard from my contractor tat both Kronotex and Supreme are good in their laminating.

My contractor just come today again to do the skirtings for my partition wall and becos they need to cut the marble slabs, so they do it at the corridor. They generate quite a bit of dust and it is quite windy tis morning so naturally the dust will fly all around the place. My right side neighbour simply just keep their doors closed nia, bt still leave their laundry outside! Since they dun mind wearing dusty clothes, I ask my contractor to cut the marbles further away from my hse. I dun understand y there are such ppl, still INSISTING putting their laundry outside knowing tat minor renovation work is on going... !! Very funni! So Mace, I tink yr idea to pick up sawing does not work in tis case for me...Haa...cos I got DIE HARD Laundry fan!

raincole...went to Qianxi MArina south before...food very very nice though the layout not tat good for march in.... I was the main coordinator for my good friend and all was smooth sailing.... I also heard good feedbacks from my friends for Qianxi dinners...though the location may not be so good...

Ya Mace, I also heard my FSM tat foto cannot face door, no matter its facing main door or bedroom doors. Bt when I went my friend's hse, their wedding foto is facing out of their MBR, whereby we can c the foto from the LR to the MBR. And he told me his FSM particularly ask him to place it there. Is there any special meaning?

Ya I agree abt consideration and tolerance, bt some neighbours are just not "Zi dong" and never consider for our feelings too....they simply take us for granted and crawl over our head... If it is minor things, then ok, can close 1 eye....bt if too much how to tolerate? Sometimes its just too difficult...cos if we "ren" and "ren"...then they will just "push and push".....no end....

Bt Mace, if they use 2 bins to burn, then the smoke it generated can be so serious as to cause homeloverme's hse to hv so much smoke, then tats serious liao leh...My neighbour did burn incense papers outside their hse for 2 times per month. Bt I notice they oni use 1 bin and there is not so much smoke leh...or perhaps I am not next door to them? Perhaps the neighbour just leave the cover open even they have finish burning the incense papers? Then that is inconsiderate liao lor...and can be dangerous too... homeloverme, I suddenly recall! I ever saw 1 lady, tink her whole got moulds.....then cannot settle the problem. She tok pics of the problem areas and make a din at the town council talking very very loudly at the TC with English. The whole world stop wat they are doing and listen to her complaint. In the end, the officer gotta calm her down....and quietly tried their best to settle her problem. I dun noe whether u are able to do tat...for me, I am sure I can do tat if my tolerance level is to the MAX!

Ya....is like tat, unless u stay in private property, then u can hv all the peace u want....

I tink its allowed...cos my neighbour also burn in a bin outside their unit...grass patches is during the 7th month oni...other than tat, 1st and 15th day if the lunar mth is normal - burn along the corridor in a bin... Bt why must use 2 bins? 1 bin is sufficient ma...

This is the common problems tat most of us face staying in HDB flats... We just hv to learn to adapt....
