I oso not very sure la...anyway they say $70, its reasonable for me la as we did major reno tat mth and water and electricity are required ma....so I never make a big hoo-ha.... Very envy lei....I never even hv tis kinda bill when I stayed in 3 rooms flats....- always $60 plus to $70....

Approach Town Council....or MP... If I were u, I will also live in fear everyday cos dunno wat will happen the next moment and the safety of yr family members.... Better straighten it out asap as u never noe wat will the Ah Longs do the next moment?

Tat is incredible leh...My 5-room every mth is abt $80 to $95..... And somemore I oni on the air con a few times per mth...

My bill actually comes out to be $70 only for tat mth...then I pay $300 plus cos they said this is the requirement and subsequent mths they will just deduct accordingly...U just pay watever amt u use...

Can....write an email to them or call them personally and ask their staff to come down to check the meters... Tat was wat I do when I just shifted in. I got a shock when the bills comes up to be $300 plus and they told me cos the previous owner always use tis amount of electricity/...as they only comes down every alternate mth to check the meter, so they happen to charge me tat amt. Bt I need to pay first and they will deduct accordingly and waive off on the next bill.

I tink for u will be Ubi....cos from Tanjong Pagar/Raffles place, u oni need 15 mins of travelling time to Paya Lebar...not sure if there is a shuttle bus to the centre....bt if u take private, most of the pick up points will be at Paya Lebar or Eunos. If u tink Ubi is scary, the next nearest place will be BBDC..... No choice if u wanna get a licence...

IMO, dun tink its very good to sleep with yr leg towards the window...or the other way round. If there is no choice, I tink gotta close the curtains at all time whenever u slp ba....

Hmm....wanna share my encounter.... I dun really believes in FS 9 years back....bt starts to believes in these few years. I used to stay in my old flat last time...bt dunno y my HB keep falling sick and is very frequent types hor... Either fever, running nose, diarrhoea, all sorts of common illness la...and we cannot really save a lot in our previous hse...as in save liao, bt sure got something happen, then got to spend the money la... Tat hse is totally not in favour for my HB la...bt for me is ok.. There was once my friend introduce a FS lady to us...as she charge a minimal amount, then I agree to let her come my hse for a basic audit as I dun really believes in all such things.. When she come in my hse, she shake her head. She say the hse FS is not very good, once open door, got obstacle (last time my hse, open door liao can see a wall in front. Its blocking our view, gotta walk a few steps to the left then can see the surrounding of the hse). And she say my HB's health is affected by the FS and his working life is also not v smooth, as in got obstacle...I was stunned as wat she says is quite accurate....She did teach us to do some things to make the hse betta....bt wat she say in the end make us wanna shift out la..she say "If there is a choice, betta move hse asap". Wah, I was so troubled after hearing wat she say...I only managed to sell the hse at a good price after 2 years..... Since then I believes in FS, not totally la as in mermerised la....bt I wil believe la... Believe it or not? My HB seldom fall sick after we shifted in for 10 mths liao and his career is so much betta....Dunno whether its coincidence...bt I think FS plays a part....

Too bad....tat is my old hse not my current hse....kekekeke....

Wah....I hv not even tried though its near my hse...must go there 1 day.... Just brought my mum to Mellben Seafood last Sun and the crab bee hoon soup is Sedap! Thought need to wait for 1 hr plus, its worth it...the boiled prawns also very fresh and big....

Act, can be very fun if u hv one of two drivers to take turns to drive....then pit stop here and there... I kinda like it....

Hi, U can get it at Krabi Beach....walk along the whole Krabi Beach and there are some shops selling paintings. U can compare the price. Its best if u can order the painting from them directly on the 1st day u touch down if u wanna them to custom paint for u...then gotta wait for a few days to dry before u collect it... I bought mine at 1400 THB for a big one....around the size of an A3 paper - slightly bigger...
