Haa...seems like tis thread has been quiet for some time.... Few weeks ago after my trip to Krabi, I found tt my dark eye circles start to surface.... Dunno y....so sad, last time not very obvious one...Then my koligs ask me issit I hv not enuff slp...bt I did slp for 7 to 8 hrs per day... So decided to make some small investments on the eye...bo pian! I tried the Collagen eye masks from Face shop, seems no effect! And currently using their White tree product - eye cream...so far so good! My dark circles not so obvious liao, bt must use day and nite...not very exp too... Tink ard $50. And the best eye mask tt I used....is from Missha - deep sea eye patch! Works wonders for me, and when I am putting it on, I can feel the blood circulation inside, no kidding! So far I have tried twice and it works! Not so obvious dark circle for me liao.... Just something to share with u all....and .....its not expensive. Only $4.90 per pair! Put inside the fridge before use....and its so soothing and relazing...

I tink the nearest Sheng Shiong outlet nearest to Bukit Merah is the one next to commonwealth MRT. It is a newly open Sheng Shiong outlet and heard it is v good, bt I hv not been there yet.

If the mops are dry then ok la, bt if those whom dun even care and just hang out the wet mop, then it is too much liao! Angelwrath, 132sqm for an EA is nothing great....Most of the 5 rooms around my area also 132sqm, bt paying the conservancy charges for a 5 room flat oni...and somemore an EA in Jurong West area is easily affordable by most of us, location not tt great! So nothing to show off anyway! When I was having my hse warming, I invited 60 guests bt come in 2 timings and there are still space to move around for my 121sqm oni. So it is nothing great!

Hi Hi....decided to start a new thread for this section for Singapore's nice hawker food recommendations. Any good recommendations are welcome to input here.... Oni hawker/food court or cofyshop recommendations ok? To start the ball rolling, I shall start some here.... Here are some tt I have tried before and I personally feel tt they are worth recommendation. Tat's for all, when I can recall or tried any new ones, shall update again.... - Tiong Bahru market's Lor mee - Alexandra Village market's claypot laksa (oni in mornings), bak kut teh and avocado juice - lavender food court's wanton mee (closed on Wednesdays) - Lagoon's wanton mee, chix wings and satay bee hoon - Whampoa market's rojak, satay bee hoon and chix wings and BBQ crabs - Redhill market's carrot cake, Oyster omelette - ABC market's chicken rice - Jurong West 500 series market's wanton mee, chix porridge - Bukit Batok St 11's Hor Fun - Margaret Drive's Chao Kway Tiao (only open from Mon to Sat, only at nite, If I not wrong is from 5 pm to 11pm) - normally u need to q for half an hour if the queue is long...SUPER NICE! - Holland Hawker Centre's Kway Chap - there are 2 stalls there, eat the one with the red bowls and plates. They only open in the morning till afternoon. The Kuay and chilli is super nice...drooling... Recently tried a "Zhi Char" at Ang Mo Kio. It is a cofyshop though, not Hawker Centre. It has a unique queing system just like restaurant style. They will ask u to queue at 1 side first, the take yr orders while waiting for a seat. I tried the chili crab, spareribs wrapped in leaves, steamed prawns and spinach with mushrooms. The chilli crab is fabulous! Hot enuff and the crab is super big....NICE! They charge the crabs at $35/kg, slightly exp.... The dishes are very delicious too.... Try Neo Garden....Not bad...www.neogarden.com.sg @ 68967757. I used them in my house warming...and I received good feedbacks.... My company used "Mum's kitchen".....FOod also not bad, bt think their standard not consistent...sometimes good sometimes not nice...

I pair it with a 2 inches peek toe heels...and it loks great! And for those worried abt getting blisters from wrapped shoes... Try the "Glide" blisters prevention cream. It is a new product, I cannot find it at Watsons bt I bought it at Guardian at $13.80. I tried it yesterday and it really works. Not 100% painless bt at least I dun feel as pain as before. Re application is required after every 4 or 5 hrs...Packaging is purple in color.

No...not at all....cos they seems so fierce and unfriendly...how to say? Later they give me a black face everyday will be worst! And it seems a normal practice at my blk to hang their laundry outside cos our corridors has the morning sun....zzzzz

Ai ya...wat to do? I m not at home most of the time, so just close 1 eye! somemore the underwears are all colourful and got lace ones hor... Sometimes I wonder, the lady owner no shame one... Ya lor....very siong to hv a hse, must save as u can!

I heard quite cheap, mabbe additional 3 or 4k and can be included into yr loan... Not very sure, perhaps, u can check with HDB?

I will not put my things outside no matter wat unless they are useless things cos u never noe whether they will be dirtied/ spoilt/ got germs... I oni put a few pairs of worthless slippers outside my unit...

Hmm....bt if u got good neighbours who always keep their door open, then if something happen, perhaps they can alert the police/civil defence at the 1st min? Tat is provided if u hv good neighbours la.... Too quiet also no good... Yea man! Perhaps the next time we shift hse can consider....

Ya...me 2...I prefer to hv it outside cos if they dirty or drop...it will not be on my floor... And my dining table also quite small..4 seater... Bt hor, I tel u la, after the hse warming, yr neighbour wil still put back their stuff...cos it is normal procedure for them... My neighbours hang their panties and bras outside one hor...like showcasing... So unsightly! Pui!

Wah...u very good leh...dirty their laundry stil can tel them....I will purosely dirty then dun care... My neighbour also like tt, like to hang their clothes at the corridor and my corridor not very big and quite narrow. There was 1 morning, I was so fed up, going to leave for work, then leave little space for me to walk oni cos they hang those rounded clothes pegs on the bamboos....and I so fed up, cos i happen to carry a big bag, I just walk past with my bag without giving any way and the rounded thing drop on the floor! I dun care and dun bother to pick up cos they are the ones whom never leave a space for me to walk thru! Wat if I need to take my luggage and walk thru?? Sometimes they are inconsiderate...bt I dun wish to spoil the relationship la, just do such small acts and hope they wil be auto one day! My other neighbour lagi best, tt time when I hving house warming and I need to place the food along the corridor, they dun even bother to keep their bamboos with clothes on lor...so I dun care la, if they dirty it, also like tt....

Ya...I agree...When comes to emotions, my HB is better than me...He can treat it as nothing and still joke and eat with them. For me last time I also cannot...bt now just try try lor...still trying...cos sometimes if u let yr emotion get in the way...work is not easy for u in the company. So everyday just brush up on the acting skills...haa,...mabbe in no time we can be extras in Mediacorp liao...

I did not noe tat...she eva posted the link in tis forum....Anyway I am quite new to tis forum...so not sure whether she posted....anyway..I dun wish to waste my time and effort to search lor...I not SO FREE leh...in office need to do presentations and reports and lotsa of meeting...at home still need to keep the hse spick and span and sometimes need to do some cooking too...unlike some others...so free...dun nd to do anything...oni talk abt branded, stones and her expensive wear and fine dining (bt oni 1 place mentioned if I rmb correctly) Hmm...tall ppl ALL are slim ppl....I wanna LAFF MAN! Reminds me of a friend leh....1.7m tall and weighs 80kg...haa...I did not noe tat tall person can never be fat...and tall people usually are slim...wah...u hv not seen the world yet la... Our song would be "Right Here waiting" from Richard Marx...yes, sad song...bt dunno why...whenever, we are in the car and the radio station is playing tis song, our hands will automatically go to the tuner and turn up the volume...then my HB will sing along and I will sit back and enjoy...haa... Bt for my personal favourite will be "fallen" from Lauren Wood, whenever I hear this song, I will b in good moods and always tink of my HB....

I bought mine at the 1st floor cos I also no time to shop long, so just bargain a bit and buy... U can walk all the way to the 3rd or 4th storeys and compare prices...there are a lot of shops there....

U stay at Segar Road, near Bukit Panjang? Me also ma...go to Paya Lebar mit my HB aft work from Tuas leh...lagi far!

I bought mine at City Plaza near Paya Lebar MRT...there are lotsa inside with nice cutting...can bargain somemore...I bought mine at $35 oni...bt I forgotten the shop's name liao..sorri!

Orh...fyi....I am shorter than u by 1cm...I am 160 cm nia...so shd be ok for u ma.... Wah Fifi...u also notice ah? Tort I am the sensitive one...
