Hi Terence, Thanks. Lol, no negotiable process, I just met up with him at my new place, give him my requirements, and after a few days, sign. He automatically me quote me with a good discount of course. Lol. Yap, I did ask him about any packages pricing but he told me packages are to lure customer to sign. Subsequently, if customers choose to opt certain items out or to add new items in, prices will be very different. Opt things out will reduce very little amount but to add new items in will be very expensive. Different houses have different requirements and areas, so packages are not advisable. That is what he told me last time lol. My wall tiles are 600 x 300 from Hafary. All the best for your reno. You may trying getting a quote from him and no harm getting more quotes. Regards.

Hi whisper, lol, I saved quite a fair bit for parquet coz done by my cousin, not Brian of course lol. So price not convenient to reveal coz is very cheap, can say I did for less than 2K. lol. Outside market is around 6++ to 7++ psf, skirting comes with another price. Thanks.

* Parquet flooring laying completed, pending varnishing More updates coming over the next few weeks, so far so good, progress is good. Pending works are electrical, plumbing, plastering, false ceiling, painting, carpentry and cleaning. Stay tuned lol.
