  5. Collected the keys in early March and here are some pictures taken pre-renovation. When we collected the keys, we went and view the unit immediately. Found that the main door wasn't closed (think had been in that state for quite some time) as the sellers didn't stay in the flat and they even leave a pair of clutches behind! Cannot understand this inconsideration....I mean, we even cleaned our 1st flat before we handover to our buyer. The sellers' agent told us they were upgrading to a condo hence, moving out...but we found out later (all thanks to FB) that this was a divorce case. I do not understand the reason for hiding such info. Anyway, side track, we have just shifted in and the neighbors are very nice. Pictures pre-renovation:
  6. Hi, Have been lurking in this forum for quite some time and its time to do our part and share our reno experience. Some background - this is our 2nd home and its a 4room corridor-facing resale unit. Visited >20 units before we chanced upon this flat. Being a 2nd time hdb home owner, we knew what we want and don't want for the new house. Key thing is the home must be airy, bright (maximize usage of natural light)and we aim to achieve the clutter-less look as much as possible. Our floorplan
