I have installed window grilles from my contractor. they are the modern horizontal bars design. when i try to slide the aluminium grilles, i realised that they do not run on rollers or there isnt any ball bearings on it, it seems like the entire frame of grille relies on the metal sticking out that is on the track. I feedback to the contractor but he mention that nowadays noone uses rollers as rollers will spoil easily and this kind of aluminium grille is more firm... can anyone verify?

for everyone's reference... they only do cement screeding if you are doing laminations. for tiles, it is provided for by the contractor... my cement screeding of 3 bedrooms took 1-1.5 days and is free of charge

Hi my contractor quoted the following which i felt that it was pretty expensive.... PLC: $45 SCV $85 Light: $8 Fan $45 (no installing of fan) Double point: $65 Single Point: $45 Moving switch to elsewhere: $22 Heater : $75 is it over quoted? also is this considered as rewiring of the house? anyone has cheap and good electrician to recommend? when do we have to get the electrician over to do the wiring? right now my house is totally hacked....
